Considering the fact that he is a wheelchair bound puppy, this tunnel acts as a mobility ramp to allow Delgado to get upstairs easier.

* The same episode explains why he was acting in a "[[MenAreTough tough guy]]" manner very [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness out-of-character]] for [[NiceGuy him]]. He was trying to act 'macho' like his family and was unintentionally sexist to Dolly.

** "The De Vil Wears Puppies" reveals that he had no idea that the process of skinning animals was ''lethal''. Why would he be so naive? Then you remember that his cat Cuddles is a hairless sphynx. It wouldn't be out of character for Cruella to lie to her great nephew by telling him that Cuddles was shaved once too. Current Cuddles may even be a [[ReplacementGoldfish replacement]] for a different cat that she's long since made into a fashion accessory.

* Jumping back to Hunter for a bit, where are his parents? What happened to them that he had to be put under Cruella's care? Also, the fact Hunter is Cruella's grand nephew means Cruella has at least one sibling. Wonder what the heck they must feel having a sister who craves puppies to make a fur coat.

* Had Cruella succeeded in making her coat, it's likely she would have [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness killed Hunter as well]] to keep him from telling the police, and tossed his remains into the ocean along with those of the puppies. Since she is his only family, no one else would have known or mourned him. His IJustWantToBeLoved motive makes it even worse.

Maybe they believe that if they get "humaned up", said human will just abandon them again like Dodie did.

* [[TheBabyOfTheBunch Dorothy]] is so young, she doesn't have her spots yet. However, she can see and has clearly open and visible eyes. Real dalmatian puppies don't open their eyes until after their spots are in.
