* Why did Bear-O hug Reagan on her ''prom night''? She wasn't sad at all or needed a hug at that point!
* If Rand was the one who programmed Bear-O, it's possible those "misfires" were ''entirely intentional'' to tank Reagan's social life further.

* If all the conspiracy theories are real except for flat Earth, that would include all racist conspiracy theories, of which are a depressingly large number.
** Granted, it's quite unlikely that ''every'' conspiracy theory is true, because if that were the case, than there would be quite some contradictory world-building if multiple related theories that all have different outcomes were to exist at the same time (for example, if there is a theory that a certain world leader is an alien, and another that says he's Bigfoot from Hollow Earth, it'd be hard for ''both'' of them to be right unless there was some explanation of the connection between Bigfoot, Hollow Earth, and aliens). It's likely that there are a few arbitrary theories that are simply untrue no matter what, and that Flat Earth is just one of them. Cognito Inc. is probably more annoyed by Flat Earthers than other groups because they are the most vocal and insistent, despite having no actual evidence for their claims or a clear goal.
** Also, there are plenty of race-related theories that contradict each other, so its unlikely that ''every'' theory that's racist is also correct. For example, in white supremacy circles, there are theories that black people evolved from apes and that white people therefore have the authority to rule over them, while a common theory in black supremacist groups is that black people are actually the ''progenitors'' of white people. If racial issues are ever brought up, it's likely that the show will throw in a wrench giving the "true" explanation (and it'll probably be something quite ridiculous to eleviate the tension).
** Given that the show's writers are rather politically progressive people (not to mention that co-producer Creator/AlexHirsch is Jewish), what will likely end up happening is that the show will address all of the classic racist conspiracy theories (i.e. [[GreedyJew Jews secretly control the world]], [[{{Eurabia}} Muslims are trying to take over the world]], or that non-white immigration is a nefarious plot to destroy/enslave white people); only to subvert them all for satirical purposes. And then the in-universe explanations given for them will probably be that the Shadow Board, Cognito Inc, Illuminati, Reptoids, etc. encourage bigots around the world to believe in such ridiculous paranoid fantasies; as a divide-and-conquer tactic to keep the global masses fighting each other, instead of the people who are actually responsible for causing all their problems.
** "Every conspiracy is true" is more a general feeling than an active rule of the universe, particularly since the show itself gives example of conspiracies being technically right but spiritually wrong (''a'' moon landing was staged, the one the public saw, but the Apollo mission still had humans successfully reach the moon), being maneuvered for political reasons (the flat-Earthers) or just plain wrong (school shootings being fake), even expressing some particular disgust at the last ones. Not to mention that many racist/queerphobic or similar conspiracy theories are about some minorities secretly controlling the world, and since we actually know who is secretly in charge of the world in the show we also know those ones must be wrong. There is a non-zero chance that the Juggaloos were openly stated to control the world's finance (while all the other societies have their exact sphere of influence vague) just to make clear that the anti-semite conspiracies aren't real in that universe.

* In "Blue Bloods" both Tamiko and Andre at different points claim that they think Reagan has Asberger's. Tamiko mostly makes this point to make her book more interesting and show her clear dismissal of Reagan. However, as we later learn, Andre canonically has anxiety, OCD and Tourettes, and, Andre's self medication with drugs implies that he is not officially prescribed any treatment by a doctor, and is likely self-diagnosed (which, as anyone whose done it can tell you, takes a lot of research). His analysis of Reagan and guessing why she acts the way she does is maybe because he recognizes symptoms of neurological conditions and mental disorders after looking for them in himself.

** That said, Reagan's unofficial diagnosis, despite the outdated term, is pretty accurate. As per the last edition of the DSM that included the term "Asperger's Syndrome," which was the DSM-IV, Reagan's behaviors pretty much hit the nail on the head regarding [[https://www.kennedykrieger.org/stories/interactive-autism-network-ian/about_asds_dsm_iv_criteria_for_aspergers_syndrome diagnostic criteria]]. It might be a punchline, but she's definitely written as such.

* In the finale, the Pope says he talked with God and arranged for Reagan (who, while wanting the change the world for the better, still did a lot of messed-up shit for Cognito) to be sent to "VIP Heaven" when she dies, not the normal masses' "shitty Heaven". [[GodIsEvil There is just so much horror in that statement if it isn't a joke.]]

[[GodIsEvil There is just so much horror in that statement if it isn't a joke.]] Though, considering what a CrapsackWorld the series is, maybe this makes sense.
* The Atlanteans help control the world on the Robes' behalf, but in the Part 2 finale, the Robes mention that they sunk the Titanic to prevent an Atlantean invasion, so Atlantis was their enemy until relatively recently. Did the Robes subjugate the Atlanteans as well? Granted, if Atlantis was planning to invade the surface, [[PayEvilUntoEvil maybe this was deserved.

* When Alpha Beta and the team discuss the "plot holes" caused by project Reboot the two given examples (the Illuminati and Myc being actually an alien) are both things that the show introduced in part 2, just like project Reboot itself, and the episodes were released together. It's not handwaving past inconsistencies, they took those liberties to set up project Reboot as the payoff.
