* In Shriek, a gorilla (and every non-human) going crazy due to a human inaudible sound seems like a case of AllAnimalsAreDogs and YouFailBiologyForever. However, when Shriek plays that sound again a few scenes later, you can see a vendor attacking someone buying something from his stall for no apparent reason and an old woman hitting a pedestrian with her handbag with no provocation. Thus, this isn't a YouFailBiologyForever or AllAnimalsAreDogs.

** That scene carries a lot of implications about what Venom does to a body that's not modified and conditioned to handle it at high doses, like Bane's was in other DCAU shows. The Venom overdose causes to scream in pain as his body bulks up uncontrollably (the implication being that it feels like his muscles are tearing themselves off his bones as it happens), and leaves him in so much pain that it temporarily forces him to his knees. Add in the rapid-heartbeat track that plays whenever Bane is shown bulking up on Venom in other DCAU shows, and the implication is that is asphyxiating and having a stroke at the same time, while his body feels like it's trying to tear itself apart. With a little Fridge from the rest of the DCAU, a Venom overdose may rank alongside being gassed with Joker Venom as one of the most horrific ways a person can die in other DCAU shows. the DC Universe.

The Venom overdose causes to scream in pain as his body bulks up uncontrollably (the implication being that it feels like his muscles are tearing themselves off his bones as it happens), and uncontrollably, leaves him in so much pain that it temporarily forces him to his knees. is knees, and leaves him barely coherent when he resumes the fight. Add in the rapid-heartbeat track Compare this to Bane's inaugural fight with Bruce, when a broken Venom pump reduced Bane to a barely-coherent screaming wreck as he came closer to death from overdose. The fact that plays whenever Bane the DCAU never clarifies what is shown bulking up on causing that amount of pain during a Venom overdose leaves one to wonder if a person's muscles are trying to tear themselves off his bones or trying to snap his bones in half with that much Venom in other DCAU shows, and his system.
*** Any time Bane juiced himself up for a fight, the GrowingMusclesSequence often comes with an accelerating HeartbeatSoundtrack, leaving
the implication is that the drug is overclocking his heart rate and respiration to compensate for the increase in mass. At the kinds of doses Bane took in for his fights with Bruce, a person whose body isn't accustomed to receiving Venom would be asphyxiating and having a stroke at the same time, time. So you basically suffer brain death while his your body feels like it's trying to tear ripping itself apart. ** Bane could juice himself up to five times his usual size in his heyday without any serious side effects. That's because he's had years to build up a tolerance, and may have have his body modified to further counteract the effects of Venom. What happens when somebody that doesn't have that tolerance takes that much Venom into their system? It gives them a stroke and leaves them braindead. That episode adds additional horror to all the times Batman villains have plotted to shoot people up with Venom cocktails.

** The ending was as twisted as possible. Terry relayed the events to Bruce, mentioning that The Doctor was with him and he knows about Bullwhip's scheme about his wife cheating with him. Bruce asked Terry if Bullwhip saw The Doctor with him, Terry doubts it as he hid him before anyone saw him. Bullwhip only saw Batman that night, not with the Doctor. The final scene has Bullwhip casually mentioning that April is fine and he'll be done after one more surgery, telling the Doctor to go all out with him before the Anesthesia kicks in. the Doctor seemed happy to obliged as the Drill closes in and the scene fades to black.

* "Rebirth Part I" presumably has Warren killed in a brutal fashion. * "April Moon" As soon as Terry utter the words "April Moon" (The fail safe), all the thugs that The Doctor operated on began to have their mechanical parts fall of, especially one poor thug who had his legs and arms modified for said mechanical parts, only to see them all fall apart. It is especially frightening to hear them yell in pain, it's not like a prosthetic arm or leg, no they're feeling that pain.

Even if it is cheaper, dynamite requires a full crew to plan and place and other equipment such as detonators, wiring, and a plunger to set it off. It's not his heart, although that's a factor-it's because that, in desperation, he pulled a gun on someone--not unlike Joe Chill. If he had continued being Batman, he would have to turn to lethal force just to survive, something that goes against everything he stands for. It's at that point that he realized he just couldn't wear the cowl any more.
