For the hand sanitizer point, we see no instances of Humberfloob doing this, other than a sign telling everyone to wash their hands regularly. For the next point, asking employees to host company parties does not a bad boss make. And he doesn\'t \"demand perfect cleanliness\", he just tells Joan that he\'ll fire her if her house is as messy as it was at the last party (which could have been quite nasty, considering Conrad\'s implied behaviour). Disproportionate retribution maybe, but you\'d have the right to be annoyed if someone who worked for you didn\'t appear to respect you or their co-workers enough to keep a clean house when company parties were scheduled to take place there.

* BadBoss: Mr. Humberfloob forces all of his employees to use hand sanitizer at regular intervals (stopping all work as they do so), co-opts their homes for company parties where he demands perfect cleanliness (or he'll FIRE THEM), and fires people ''for shaking hands with him''.
