A {{Prequel}} movie to the video games, the movie follows bunch of people going to a rave held in [[IDontLikeTheSoundOfThatPlace ominiously named]] Isla Del Muerte, who are then attacked by hordes of zombies. Gun smugglers, cops and a hundreds of years old undead mad scientist ex-priest are also involved.

* CreatorBacklash: It may come as a surprise to learn that Uwe Boll considers this film an absolute pile of crap, and his worst film to date. However, he insists that this is in no way, shape or form down to him, and that the screenplay (which he couldn't make any changes to) was to blame.

* ImprobableAimingSkills: Despite most of the characters not having any experince with the guns before, they manage to score plenty of headshots.
* InformedAbility: Accroding to the opening narration, Karma thinks she's FoxyBrown, Simon is BrainlessBeauty and there's a LoveTriangle between Karma, Simon and Alicia. Evidence on any of these descriptions isn't really shown.

* LoveMakesYouEvil: According to ending, Curien will cause the zombie outbreak because he tried to bring back Alicia.

* NiceJobBreakingItHero: When infected Kirk blows himself up, the following explosion let's the zombies inside their refuge.

* NonIndicativeName: Titular house is actually a small shack.

* TheReveal: In the ending Rudy's last name is revealed to be Curien, villain of the first and the third game.

* HeyItsThatGuy: The sequels features Emmanuelle Vaugier, Sid Haig and Sticky Fingaz.

* SoBadItsHorrible: It manages to be [[BeyondTheImpossible even worse than the original]].

* YourMileageMayVary: To some this movie is SoBadItsGood, to others it's SoBadItsHorrible.

* CrowningMomentOfFunny: One character talks tough to a zombie and kicks him. Then the zombie sits up and throws up on him.
