A gypsy girl[[note]]"gypsy" in this case is the term used in the film, and does not refer to actual Romani people.[[/note]] reveals that she was the victim of pedophiles, and a woman is nearly mutilated and disfigured by her husband, leading Omar to wonder, what can be done to make a difference?
