* ''Series/KamenRiderExAid'':
** [[spoiler:[[KillerGameMaster Kuroto Dan/Kamen Rider Genm]]]] is able to flip from jovial and dignified to raving lunatic in the blink of an eye. Beneath his polite, jovial demeanor lies a huge [[AGodAmI god complex]].
** His [[spoiler:father]] is this as well. [[spoiler:[[BigBad Masamune Dan/Kamen Rider Cronus]]]] is initially presented as a ALighterShadeOfBlack to his [[spoiler:son]] and a BenevolentBoss. Eventually this facade starts to crumble and revealed to just be PragmaticVillainy. In reality he's just as, if not more, sadistic and monstrous than [[spoiler:Kuroto]] was.
* ''Series/KamenRiderBuild'': [[spoiler:[[BigBad Blood Stalk/Evolto]]]] is a more casual and friendly antagonist than others in this season, though what puts him here rather than AffablyEvil is the fact that underneath all of that he is is a cruel being as demonstrated by the fact his plan involves [[spoiler:wiping out all life on earth]]. As well as the fact he's fairly happy backstabbing even his own allies. He'll even go so far as to reveal information or aid the heroes on occasion, but it's always in service of his own ends.
* ''Series/KamenRiderZiO'':
** [[BitchInSheepsClothing Ora]], of the three Time Jackers, appears to be formal and is willing to empathize with her contracts. [[spoiler:But deep down she doesn't care about anything but gaining power as seen when she tricked Zi-O, Geiz and Woz to find Another Kikai's password so she could control it. Not to mention how selfish she is, mistreating Heure either out of the Another Kikai incident or when Swartz took her time powers, stabbing the poor lad in order to get her powers back after being mocked.]]
** [[AlternateSelf White Woz]], in contrast to the original Woz, is not without a charming and suave exterior, but it also reveals him as an outright [[GoodIsNotNice heartless]], [[ManipulativeBastard manipulative]], and [[SociopathicHero sociopathic]] individual underneath, making it all the more chilling.
* ''Series/KamenRiderZeroOne'':
** [[AxCrazy Jin/Kamen Rider Jin]] seems like a jolly guy at first and views the Magia he creates as his "friends", but it doesn't take long to see he's unhinged and crazy. [[spoiler:At least until he gets rebuilt as an autonomus Humagear.]]
** As much of a {{Jerkass}} as he is, [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Gai Amatsu/Kamen Rider Thouser]] is [[VillainWithGoodPublicity good at acting amicable when the cameras are on him and in most of his media appearances he comes off as polite]], if a little smug. Other than that, Gai's [[ItsAllAboutMe only concern at the end of the day is his agenda]]; he makes no effort to hide how people close to him are nothing more than pawns to him, takes every available opportunity to demean Aruto whenever the latter feels down from something related to the competition, outwardly protests against cheating while rigging the contest at every turn, and viciously slaughters Humagears whenever given the opportunity. Any time he's shown to have any sort of redeeming quality, it's later revealed to be a lie.
** [[EvilKnockoff As]] acts friendly and playful, yet at the same time uses that demeanor to manipulate others to her own ends out of her loyalty to the Ark.
* ''Series/KamenRiderDragonKnight'': [[BigBad General Xaviax]] is very polite and persuasive and appears to be sincere about rebuilding his devastated homeworld. The more we get to know him, the more obvious it becomes that he doesn't care about anything except gaining power for himself.
