** Revlid: Please note that your mileage may ''heavily'' vary with this story--Harry Potter is a fairly blatant MarySue, and his "snark" mostly comes across as simply being rude and mindlessly arrogant, which aren't appealing traits for the main character of a story spanning 30+ chapters to begin with. The final twist in the first story is also eye-rollingly stupid; see "Mary Sue". In short, if you're hoping for Harry's attitude or the attitudes of others toward him to change in any way from the first few chapters onward... Look elsewhere.

** However, in response to Revlid, the story does not claim that Harry is in fact a DeadpanSnarker. It is very clear that he's just an arrogant kid, and most of the other characters (especially his Denarian) note that "you know, just saying that Dumbledore is a pedophile who has sex with a turkey isn't actually funny"; he himself notes that he doesn't actually do sardonic too well. He also couldn't easily be described as a MarySue: At best he's overconfident and frequently gets his arse kicked; at worst he's an unsympathetic {{Jerkass}} who few people like particularly and who isn't [[CreatorsPet shilled]] by the author or other characters.

** Seconded; this fanfic is hilarious and keeps Harry's [[CrazyAwesome Crazy Awesomeness]] fully intact, with his narration being written well enough to where I couldn't tell the difference between it and his native books narrations. Can't speak on the DXD elements but the fic made me care about most of them, and I haven't even read their series. There is a bit of alternate continuity going on at the beginning, be warned as the author happily indulges in a bit of guessing as to the Dresden series's eventual ending in order to bring Lash back, but it goes towards the purpose of furthering his interactions with the devils through her help, and since the author apparently wants this to take place after the Dresden series ends you can broad strokes the details of her resurrection in your own head enough to mostly ignore it -- after establishing the fic's own continuity, everything remains tightly written. An extremely good read.

* Comments: Wonderfully written and believable.

** Synopsis: War may rage among the stars but on Earth life continues.

* Comment: It's hard not to be blown away by this fic- which blends the creeptastic humor of WelcomeToNightVale with the raw sarcasm of ''Literature/TheDresdenFiles'' as seamlessly as it blends the world and characters. The story manages to fell like it belongs to both of the source material without ever being strained or reaching. The story is engaging and it makes you ''believe'' in Cecil and Carlos much like the podcast dose- and it manages to incorporate Carlos The Warden and Carlos the Scientist into the same character without losing any of the elements of the originals. If you are in both fandoms (or even if you are in only one, as several reviewers profess), this is definitely worth a read.
