Yes, there isn't much in the way of plot -- the story essentially consists of several fluffy moments between Fox and Krystal, which they share as the team enjoys a much-deserved vacation. But don't let that put you off! Banter and character feature just as prominently here as sentiment. If you didn't know much about ''VideoGame/StarFox'' before reading, you're bound to feel more enlightened by the end, thanks to some sharply-observed interaction between the heroes. In a lengthy story where the sole conflict revolves around Fox's self-discipline and his healthy desire, readers are bound to experience a fair amount of pleasant titillation right until the pay-off. As it's a pre-Star Fox Adventures story, many details are [[Fanon made up]], but don't let that stop you from setting aside the time to read this nearly-forgotten gem of a Star Fox story.

Pigma is one of the most reviled characters in the series -and for good reason- but this fic paints him in a more sympathetic light and you're not sure how to feel about him afterward. Warning: it's a little long (10,000+ words! Though this was uploaded before the chapter system at FF.Net), so set aside some time to read this. It's well worth it.
