Unfortunately for him, the horn flew near a giant POP TV satellite, causing the Florgbats to knock it out of orbit. When the Saving Grace fires it's own {{Wave Motion Gun}}, the satellite flies right into the cannon. Its explosion causes a chain reaction which destroys Warlock's ship.
