Her adding them ''after'' the others are finished outlining the plot and overruling Luz when she expresses her concerns rub the latter the wrong way, and contribute to her decision to change it again before submitting it (albeit she still implements said suggestions). This leads to friction between the friends, and in an interesting twist, Sasha herself agrees that she'd have avoided the worst of it all if she'd dropped the {{Jerkass}} part entirely.
