* PostKissCatatonia: This is invoked by Trixie in "Bloodsuckers". She figures out that part of the reason [[SuperPersistentPredator the frog monsters that are chasing Flash keep finding him]] is because they have a partly psychic link to him and can read his mind. She speculates that he might be able to lose them if he stops thinking, and when Flash starts saying he can't just shut his brain off on command, Trixie surprises him by [[ForcefulKiss pulling him into a kiss]], shocking him enough to get him to stop thinking. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for long due to the Rainbooms walking by and spotting them, with Flash getting his thoughts back enough to push Trixie away and claim it is NotWhatItLooksLike.

Added DiffLines:

* SuperPersistentPredator: The frog monsters in "Bloodsuckers" get a sample of Flash's blood and spend the rest of the chapter hunting him down, trying to drain him dry of all his blood to continue to reproduce themselves into an army. The link they have with him due to his blood is partly psychic, meaning they can read his mind and find him wherever he hides, and they copy the abilities of his aliens whenever he transforms (as long as the alien in question actually ''has'' blood) making them even more dangerous.

He is often caught flatfooted when he starts to change back to normal while facing an enemy before he can completely defeat them. Often times he is also victim of the ''inverse'' of this trope, where he ''wants'' to turn back to normal but can't, and is forced to wait for the Omnitrix to time out.

''[[https://www.fimfiction.net/story/513794/the-omnitrix-hero The Omnitrix Hero]]'' is a fanfic written by Creator/Banshee531. It is a FusionFic between the ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirls'' and ''Franchise/Ben10'' franchises.

Flash Sentry has always just wanted to help people, but due to magic existing in his world, he has constantly found his efforts overshadowed by the likes of The Rainbooms. Just as he is ready to accept he isn't cut out to be a hero like them, his whole life changes when a pod crashes down from space one night, and a device inside it, the Omnitrix, attaches itself to his arm. Now, with the help of some close friends, Flash is ready to use the Omnitrix to do some real good and step out of just being a "side character".
