* OutsideContextProblem: Spider-Man is this to the world of Avatar. In a world where all known superpowers are based primarily on bending the elements, a superhuman who's abilities are not remotely based on the same idea is a bit difficult for them to counter, and it's only due to Peter's relative inexperience as a fighter that allows people to win against him. Once he starts to pick up more combat training, that advantage slowly evaporates.

Added DiffLines:

* YouWouldntBelieveMeIfIToldYou: Part of the reason Peter doesn't tell Korra about his true origins, even after she deduces his identity. He figures that while she can accept his powers and even believe that a spirit is in his head, the fact that he's from an entirely different universe where the Avatar and Benders don't exist might be too much for her to handle. That said, it's also mixed with the concern that even if she does come to believe him, it would put her in the crosshairs of whatever entity brought him to her world in the first place, which is something he would prefer to avoid.
