Later though he's shown to have completely accepted it as a part of themselves.

* DemonicPossession: At first it seemed like Felldrake and Shellgoose were willingly SharingABody when the series ended. As it turns out sometime before the main story started, Felldrake must have taken complete control of him because Donald quickly notes how different he's acting. Not to mention, another huge give away was that Shellgoose's magical signature changed which isn't suppose to be possible as each one is suppose to be unique to that person.
