* AdaptationalGenderIdentity: Eric, one of the shooters from Elephant, is changed into the female Abby in this fanfic.

In the first level, you shoot and kill everyone you see. In the second level, you sneak through the halls and hide from law enforcement to reach the floor where the principal's office is. In the third and final level, you fight the principal.
* WheresTheKaboom: Jim and Abby planned on detonating bombs all over the school to send everyone into a frenzy and kills groups of people so they can cause a ton of chaos, but the bombs don't go off as planned, forcing them to just shoot people.
