** Reiji is cowed by Yoko into confessing what truly happened to Yusho, and she even files lawsuits over the emotional trauma, false accustation, theft, bribery, and other crimes he created for Yuya's cards. And the news immediately announces the story, which causes students from Leo Duel School to be pulled out and the world to hate his guts.

This also means that the buy-out duels for You Show never happen as Reiji has no leverage. This also leads to Sylvio being suspended from Leo Duel School for his false accusations.

* ActuallyPrettyFunny: When Sylvio shows his proof of how Yuya "assaulted" him, he reveals a tiny scar on his shoulder. Yoko, a former gang leader, laughs at this because it is ''tiny'' to what she's dealt with.

* TheDreaded: Shooting Star Yoko makes everyone look ready to piss themselves. Be it a pompous braggart, a hardened Xyz duelist, or even a teenage CEO.

He didn't properly ''ask'' to see the damage done to Sylvio (a tiny scratch on his shoulder), and his attempt to buy out You Show fails because Shuzo's only the principal, not co-owner. And ''then'' there is the matter of actually knowing what Pendulum Cards do outside of their scales, and that Reiji could've just ''asked'' Yuya to borrow cards.
