One night in 2006, a call gets goes out to NHK and the Tokyo police, giving notice of a suicide jumper from the then-incomplete Tokyo Sky Tower. Ordinarily, this would not wouldn't be ''too'' unusual, except for a slight problem.

one small detail: Akiko Yamaguchi Yamaguchi, the suicide jumper, is a MagicalGirl. She has fought a long, lonely war against {{Cult}}s, CircusOfFear a CircusOfFear, and the embodiments of fear itself for years and has reached her breaking point. She transforms on live television and takes the plunge.

However, the forces of darkness are not about to let this new threat balloon any further, and that's not taking into account the reaction reactions of various other the rest of the world, and factions not directly tied to either...
