* Drink every time someone dies.

This game is meant to be played with a low-alcohol content drink such as beer. If you play with anything stronger, than we suggest you call the hospital beforehand.

* Drink for every mention of sarcoidosis or lupus.
** Two drinks for "It's ''never'' lupus".
** Drink if it's not Lupus.
*** Down a whole ''bottle'' if it is. Fortunately for all our livers, there is only one episode where this is the case. [[spoiler:Season 4, Episode 8, "You Don't Want To Know".]]
* Two drinks for any hint of HoYay between House and Wilson.
* Drink for every time House gazes at Cuddy's assets and Cuddy chooses to ignore this.
** Two drinks if the incident includes blatant innuendo from House.
* Drink every time House teases his staff
** Chase for his hair, or being pretty, or coming from a rich family.
** Foreman for being black or having an arrest record.
** Taub for being Jewish.
** Thirteen for being bisexual.
** Cameron for caring about the patient.
* Drink every time you see an overhead pan shot of Princeton Plainsboro's exterior.
* Drink whenever House or someone on his team breaks into a patient's home.
** For the bold: Start drinking when they get inside, keep drinking until they leave.
* Drink whenever Cuddy objects to something House did or wants to do to a patient or their family.
* For the bold: Drink everytime a [[SnarkKnight character]] makes a [[DeadpanSnarker snarky]] [[WorldOfSnark comment]].
* Drink for every clinic patient House treats. Drink again if they come back later.
** Two drinks if the clinic patient provides House with insight into the main case.
* Drink whenever a character obviously lies/ is revealed to have been lying.
* Drink when House has an epiphany to cure the patient.
** Finish your drink if a character other than House has the epiphany.
* Drink whenever House fires someone.
** Early Season 4: "Row D, You're all fired!" <10 drinks> "Row D, you're un-fired! Row C is fired!" Well, now what? Stomach pump, then 10 more?
* Drink whenever House takes a Vicodin.
* Drink if the team's treatment of a patient makes them worse.
* Drink when the patient suffers from a [[{{Squick}} really, really disgusting]] symptom.
* Drink if the patient's liver starts to fail.
** Two drinks if it's their kidneys.
* Drink every time a patient has bloody stool.
* Drink if House calls someone an "idiot".
** Take two drinks if that person calls House an "ass" in response.
