* Tropers/{{MsCC22}}: One episode that rubs me the wrong way is "Daylight Savings". Of course, the [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin aesop was going to be about setting your clock back, but that wasn't the issue]]. My issue was how the girls were caught sleeping in class, and how Ms. Keane explicitly said that [[SkewedPriorities education was more important than saving Townsville.]] I agree that the girls shouldn't have been sleeping in class, and that education is important, but it's not more important than saving Townsville. Also, I felt that this was an OutOfCharacterMoment for Ms. Keane, because she's smarter than that and she should realize that if the girls don't save Townsville, there won't be any school for them to attend. Also, the Professor was acting more insane than usual, by unplugging the girls' phones and yelling at the girls to fall asleep, when Townsville was obviously in need of getting rescued, and he's supposed to be smarter than that. Granted, the Professor eventually allowed the girls to save the day because he forgot to set the clock an hour back, but this DeusExMachina doesn't save the episode, and it just shows that this episode was poorly written. Also, this doubles on FridgeHorror when some viewers of this episode ask themselves this: "What if the girls need to save Townsville and it's past their curfew and the clock doesn't need to be set back?" Another nitpick I have with this episode? It's paired with "A Very Special Blossom," an episode that's just as bad.
** Tropers/MathsAngelicVersion: I second that the episode was a massive IdiotPlot, but my [=DMoS=] is the resolution. Does everyone realize that they've been stupid and allow the Powerpuff Girls to save them again? No. Instead, Daylight Savings becomes a DeusExMachina. Not only is it contrived that the plot happens on that exact day, but what if Townsville once again ends up in danger after the girls' bedtime and the idiot professor refuses to let them save it? There's zero implication that it won't happen again. Even as a child, I thought it was really stupid.

** Tropers/{{Wingnut}}: The Powerpuff Girls should have disowned their father for this.

* Tropers/{{Wingnut}}: I'm removing my entry for "Daylight Savings" in favor of Miss Keane's behavior in "Ice Sore", partially because I'm surprised no one brought it up yet. I don't care how bad the heat wave was at the time; it doesn't give her an excuse or a reason to act cold and unfeeling toward her students; from basically shitting on one of her student's drawings to forcibly sending her class outside in the heatwave, the latter of which particularly affects Mary so bad that she damn-near dehydrates. I can't believe this stupid bitch still has a job after all that. What if I told you that this was my first introduction to the character way back when I was getting into the show as a child? Not the best first impression, to say the least.

* [=flowerfun=]: I was going to put "Once Upoun of Townsville" here due to how [[BrokenAesop badly it screws up its feminist message]], however, "Bubbles Of the Opera" ended up being the episode in the show that pissed me off the most. Basically, Bubbles spends the entire episode getting her appearance ruined, and after all of that...she decides to turn evil. So basically, Bubbles turned on her family, joined forces with Mojo Jojo, actively caused crimes by bringing out zoo animals and destroying stuff, and ''almost kills her sisters'', just because some people on a bus passing by made fun of her. This is grossly [[CharacterDerailment out of character for Bubbles to do and I refuse to believe that she would ever do something like this]]. This borders on character assassination for how bad it is.

[[WritingPitfallIndex Bad writing]], unnecessarily {{Jerkass}} characters, and unfunny moments. [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls These are the ingredients chosen]] to create these awful little moments. But the fans accidentally added an extra ingredient in the concoction: Website/TVTropes! Thus DarthWiki/DethroningMomentOfSuck is born, using their typing skills, intelligence, and guts to discover these moments and write them all here.

** LucienRen:What bothers me the most is that the girls destroyed a bridge to stop simple thieves, although collateral damage is common, it is usually against villains who threaten cities or even the world, not simple thieves.

* Tropers/RedBerryBlueCherry: I can't be the only one who hated "Curses", right? The Girls learn a swear word, nd rather than anyone teach them that it's just not okay for them to say (at least not at their age) like one would with any child, they get irrationally angry and Ms. Keane even pulls the YouKnowWhatYouDid on them as if the girls just murdered their families or something. I dunno, it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
