** The Mewtwo vs. Shadow battle suffered from this because the animator grew tired of doing vs. battles and deliberately did a mediocre job on it.

* Somebody by the name of Bryan, who created well-regarded kids network information website, Nick And More, went through quite a bit of this in 2015,at times shutting down his website multiple times within half a year, before initially calling it quits for good in September (by completely locking his Facebook and Twitter account, and as announced on the website, initially letting the domain eventually expire). His initial problems, ranging from people repeatedly mistaking his website as being associated with Nickelodeon is one of them. One could see that by looking through his stuff could see it was his continuing disillusionment of Creator/Nickelodeon and Creator/CartoonNetwork caused by the former's continuing DorkAge, and the latter's screwing over of highly-acclaimed shows just to solely attract young male audiences and the obsession with WesternAnimation/TeenTitansGo at the cost of said acclaimed shows as a big part of why he was giving up through 2015. Though by the next year, he appears to finally be back, including reopening his Website/Twitter and Website/Facebook pages, with plans for his Website/Tumblr account.

* ChaosFighters: Chemical Warriors-RAKSA was created when the series creator suffering from depression. After ending an unpleasant internship experience, he realized how immature he is after being scolded by his entire family and having to finish his thesis within one month while his supervisor was at UK for two weeks with lab work unfinished. Deciding to extend, he spent time on the project, but he could not do it according to his schedule. This shows when the starscream appeared for the first time, a distressed dude has to be rescued and the heroine has to deal with people who believe that said dude in question is a villain instead of a victim. Also, updates were not done in daily basis. However, it still ends ideally as he promised to reduce the effect of this trope and he managed to complete the novel in time.

* Creator/AllisonPregler chose to retire Obscurus Lupa Presents (as well as phase out the 'Obscurus Lupa' name for the most part) and retool it into the more discussion-based Movie Nights because she had become so burned out from the original format (in a Q&A video, she said that she felt like she was "stuck in 2009"). However, despite what many viewers thought, the retool had nothing to do with Allison being fired from Channel Awesome shortly before Movie Nights took off, as Allison had been planning the retool prior to her firing.

** And even now, for more than a year, Spoony has barely uploaded any episodes of his main shows, apart from some wrestling or RPG vlogs that only a niche audience finds interest in. He did upload a Rebruary in 2016, but he almost gives no update or announcements on his latest shows. The only thing he regularly does now are livestreams of video games where he tends to be very quiet and make vanilla statements.

** He revealed in commentary that "The Review Must Go On" was originally even nastier and messier (Rob had to be brought in to clean it up) because he was just so angry at the fans demanding WebVideo/TheNostalgiaCritic back and making him feel like WebVideo/DemoReel had to be torched. And with the constant mentions of missing the latter show, Critic being much darker-spirited and all the TakeThatAudience in both Critic and vlogs, his bitterness took years to tone down, but still might be present under the surface.

* Miss Hannah Minx might currently suffer from this. She usually didn't care about her male viewers other interest in her. But after she posted one single video without showing her breasts enough, she got tons of hatemail. Her next video was a passive aggressive complaint about her reception. Afterwards she went back to her original style for a short while only to be called a hypocritical prostitute. Her latest active video series was when she attended a dance contest. Since then her weekly videos about Japanese has only been updated about once every third month. Something on the dance contest might have been the final blow, which broke her. This video, though made by a fan seems to encapsulate her breakdown and reasons why. For those who don't have the time to watch: GIFT and WhyWeCantHaveNiceThings.
