On January 2019, following the release of ''Anime/DragonBallSuperBroly'', multiple allegations of sexual harassment perpetrated by Mignogna surfaced through social media and on a couple of news sites, accusing him of inappropriately groping, hugging, and kissing several of his fans without consent at various conventions and signing events, some of who are underage, or were at the time, and with some incidents dating back to 2003. In addition, several of his fellow voice actors such as Creator/MonicaRial, Creator/NeilKaplan and Creator/JamieMarchi spoke out on Twitter, accusing him of sexual harassment and unwanted physical contact. Needless to say, these allegations had an impact on his career; Creator/RoosterTeeth fired Mignogna in his role as Qrow Branwen in ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}''. Creator/{{Funimation}} [[https://twitter.com/FUNimation/status/1095087396209770501 would also formally severe it ties with Mignogna as well]], with his minor role in ''Manga/TheMoroseMononokean'' replaced with Creator/IanSinclair. And finally, all but three (out of nineteen) scheduled appearances at anime conventions have been cancelled. As these allegations are ongoing, RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgement should be applied here.

[[http://www.vicsworld.net/ Victor Joseph Mignogna]] (''"min-YAH-na"'') is a voice actor who has managed to make himself quite a niche in the {{Anime}} community. Vic started out as Dark Mousy in ''Manga/DNAngel'' although most recognize him from his role as everyone's favorite badass [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial reasonable height-wise person]] Edward Elric in both anime adaptations of ''Manga/FullmetalAlchemist''. He's one of those guys that you just can't pigeonhole due to the diversity of his roles (though he frequently gets cast as characters who happen to be blond). Also happens to be quite the professional singer and songwriter, with several anime songs under his belt as well as a few albums.

Aside from inventing the Lucky Dance song for the English dub of ''Manga/{{Bleach}}'' (where he plays Ikkaku Madarame), he and ''FMA'' co-star Creator/AaronDismuke formed their own "fanbase incarnate" in the form of the Risembool Rangers, which occasionally follow them from con to con. Creator/TravisWillingham's Miniskirt Army is known to be their rival. He was seen enjoying ''WebVideo/YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries'' creator Creator/LittleKuriboh doing a spoof of Vic (along with Creator/DanGreen and Creator/JohnnyYongBosch), and also narrated and directed the infamous commercial for Sakura Con ([[MemeticMutation GIRUGAMESH!]]). He also developed a friendly rivalry with fellow voice actor Creator/ToddHaberkorn, fueled in part by them both having passionate fanclubs, and also that their similar vocal niches have led them to voicing characters that also shared [[Creator/MamoruMiyano Japanese]] [[Creator/DaisukeNamikawa seiyuu]]. They've even relayed stories of nearly getting cast as each others respective characters more than once. Has now moved permanently to California to pursue more varied roles and other opportunities outside Creator/FUNimation.

On the live action side, Mignogna most notably spearheaded a FanSequel WebVideo series to ''Series/StarTrekTheOriginalSeries'' called ''WebVideo/StarTrekContinues'', where he took on the role of Captain Kirk himself. The project, boasting some pretty impressive production values, was well received by both ''Star Trek'' fans and critics alike, and praised for staying true to the style and spirit of original ''Trek'', not least in the portrayal of Kirk; a performance which has proved to many that Mignogna's talents are not just limited to voice acting and that he can actually hold his own just fine in live action as well. In probable homage to this, ''VideoGame/StarTrekOnline'' cast him as 23rd century Starfleet Captain Isaac Garrett in the ''Agents of Yesterday'' expansion.

[[http://www.vicsworld.net/ Victor Joseph Mignogna]] (''"min-YAH-na"''),
AKA Dick Lasagna, is a pedophilic, sexually predatory voice actor who has managed to make himself quite a niche in the {{Anime}} community. He's also a colossal sack of shit, being a middle aged man who preys on impressionable preteen girls, and sics his mother on people that call him out for his awful, awful behaviour. Dick started out as Dark Mousy in ''Manga/DNAngel'' although most recognize him from his role as everyone's favorite badass [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial reasonable height-wise person]] Edward Elric in both anime adaptations of ''Manga/FullmetalAlchemist'', and quickly garnered a loyal fanbase of blind idiots.

He was seen enjoying ''WebVideo/YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries'' creator Creator/LittleKuriboh doing a spoof of Dick (along with Creator/DanGreen and Creator/JohnnyYongBosch), and also narrated and directed the infamous commercial for Sakura Con ([[MemeticMutation GIRUGAMESH!]]). Has now moved permanently to California to pursue more varied roles and other opportunities outside Creator/FUNimation, which is conveniently timed since they dropped his dumb ass like a
sack of shit upon realizing he was A Fully Awful Human Being.

On the live action side, Lasagna most notably spearheaded a FanSequel WebVideo series to ''Series/StarTrekTheOriginalSeries'' called ''WebVideo/StarTrekContinues'', where he took on the role of Captain Kirk himself. The project, boasting some pretty impressive production values, was well received by both ''Star Trek'' fans and critics alike, and praised for staying true to the style and spirit of original ''Trek'', not least in the portrayal of Kirk; a performance which has proved to many that Lasagna's talents are not just limited to voice acting and that he can actually hold his own just fine in live action as well. In probable homage to this, ''VideoGame/StarTrekOnline'' cast him as 23rd century Starfleet Captain Isaac Garrett in the ''Agents of Yesterday'' expansion.

On January 2019, following the release of ''Anime/DragonBallSuperBroly'', multiple allegations of sexual harassment perpetrated by Lasagna surfaced through social media and on a couple of news sites, accusing him of inappropriately groping, hugging, and kissing several of his fans without consent at various conventions and signing events, some of
who will fall are underage, or were at the time, and with some incidents dating back to 2008. In addition, several of his fellow voice actors such as Creator/MonicaRial, Creator/NeilKaplan and Creator/JamieMarchi spoke out on Twitter, accusing him of sexual harassment and unwanted physical contact. Needless to say, these allegations had an impact on his career; Creator/RoosterTeeth fired Lasagna in his role as Qrow Branwen in ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'', [[https://twitter.com/FUNimation/status/1095087396209770501 Funimation formally severed ties with Dick Lasagna as well,]] with his minor role in ''Manga/TheMoroseMononokean'' replaced with Creator/IanSinclair, and all but three (out of nineteen) scheduled appearances at anime conventions have been cancelled. As these allegations are ongoing, RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgement should be applied here.

* BerserkButton:
** His most famous roles involve characters that have Berserk Buttons that become [[LargeHam running jokes]]. He is therefore well known for extremely funny screaming. Notable character roles include Ed, Ikkaku, Tamaki, Mao and Broly.
** Ironically, in ''VideoGame/ManaKhemia2FallOfAlchemy'', he plays a giant fairy who hates being called large.
* {{Bishonen}}: Most of the characters he play tend to
be missedpretty-boys.
* CosplayOtakuGirl: Or rather, Mr. Anime-Cosplayer Guy. How ironic is it that one of the Real Fans Of Genius videos is about this, and Dick has cosplayed as several characters himself (recently donning [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F93Cl-usj58&t=55s the Cross Academy uniform]] to reveal his role as Zero)!
* ManOfAThousandVoices: A common joke among fans is that he sounds the same in all his roles, but the truth is he's actually got an impressively wide vocal range if given the chance to utilize it.
** This can be best seen in his live-action appearances in ''WebVideo/FalloutNukaBreak'', where he plays the Narrator (in his best Creator/RonPerlman impression) and two different merchants.
** Also, his voice as Broly is nigh unrecognizable compared to some of his more famous roles, and he's capable of doing a near-perfect vocal impersonation of [[Franchise/StarWars Yoda.]]
** The voice he used for Qrow in ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'' is a nice medium between his Broly voice and the blond, pretty boy voice he's (in)famous for. The same also applies to his voice as Jia Xu.
* MundaneMadeAwesome: One of his songs, "The Legend of Middle Tennessee", is a mock-heroic account of how his fanbase, the Risembool Rangers, won a dodgeball game against Creator/TravisWillingham's Miniskirt Army.
* RelationshipVoiceActor: In the Japanese side of things, [[Anime/ShowByRock he]] [[Manga/OuranHighSchoolHostClub shared]] [[Manga/VampireKnight four]] [[Anime/{{Free}} roles]] with Creator/MamoruMiyano.

!!Tropes about his roles:
* BerserkButton:
* {{Bishonen}}: Most of the characters he play tend to
not be pretty-boys.

On January 2019, following the release of ''Anime/DragonBallSuperBroly'', multiple allegations of sexual harassment perpetrated by Mignogna surfaced through social media and on a couple of news sites, accusing him of inappropriately groping, hugging, and kissing several of his fans without consent at various conventions and signing events, some of who are underage, or were at the time, and with some incidents dating back to 2008. In addition, several of his fellow voice actors such as Creator/MonicaRial, Creator/NeilKaplan and Creator/JamieMarchi spoke out on Twitter, accusing him of sexual harassment and unwanted physical contact. Needless to say, these allegations had an impact on his career; Creator/RoosterTeeth fired Mignogna in his role as Qrow Branwen in ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'', [[https://twitter.com/FUNimation/status/1095087396209770501 Funimation formally severed ties with Dick Lasagna as well,]] with his minor role in ''Manga/TheMoroseMononokean'' replaced with Creator/IanSinclair, and all but three (out of nineteen) scheduled appearances at anime conventions have been cancelled. As these allegations are ongoing, RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgement should be applied here.
