The Astral World is Astral's home world, under threat from the attacks of the Barians. In truth, it and the Barian World were once one realm, but its inhabitants separated the two in an attempt to remove chaos from their world so that they could achieve Rank-Up. However, removing chaos has only led the Astral World to stagnate and decay, with its citizens falling prey to diseases and despair.

* StoryBreakerPower: In true Yugioh villain fashion, Don Thousand's deck is utterly ridiculous. [[spoiler:One trap let him force his opponent (Mizar, no less) to OTK ''himself'', and another negated Utopia's summon and replaced it with Ganbara Knight with its effect negated. Said field spell also allow him to use the effects of his Numeron Xyz monsters without having to detach Xyz materials. And his Ace Monster, Number C1000: Numerronius the Divine Giant, has 10000 attack power, and powerful effects. The oldest of the Tron siblings, V is generally quite calm and reasonable, and takes the role of the responsible older brother to his younger siblings; however, his greatest loyalty is to Tron, and will berate his brothers for going against him. His drive for revenge is greater than that of the other two brothers, as [[spoiler:he also worked for Faker at the time of his father's disappearance]]. Prior to the series, [[spoiler:he was a mentor to Kaito and taught him how to duel, but then discovered that Kaito and Haruto were Faker's sons and abandoned them both, which Kaito has never truly forgiven him for]]. However, he eventually [[spoiler:loses to Kaito, who explains that he doesn't have to be loyal to his father if he doesn't want to. He then expresses his affection for the Tenjo brothers before leaving and falling comatose due to his Crest]]. His deck theme switched from a "Hell" theme mostly based on Spells and Traps to a space Machine theme, and his ace monster was No. 9: Sky Canopy Star - Dyson Sphere.

* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: Episode 138 has Don Thousand being freed and trying to absorb Vector, who screams in terror and for help. This prompts Yuma to jump in to try and rescue him from this grim fate, despite the pleas of his friends that Vector cannot be trusted and shouldn't be rescued. This does not stop him however from grabbing Vector' hand to keep him from being absorbed, and calls Vector "Shingetsu", reminiscing on their times together as friends, and telling him it is his true self. Vector appears moved by Yuma, but then reveals his psychotic face and laughs, grabbing Yuma's arm with his other hand, to drag him with him to his demise. However, Yuma didn't seem to mind, and just smiled at Vector compassionately, telling him he will go with him. This time, Vector is truly moved by his rescuer, lets go of him and lets himself be absorbed by Don Thousand to save Yuma, calling him one last time,"Yuma-kun" with a sincere smile. * HannibalLecture: Pulls one in his first duel with Astral, telling him to abandon Yuma and fight back, trying to convince him that Yuma betrayed him anyway, and the reason he can't absorb Chaos Numbers is because he needs the power that ''he'' has. * SadisticChoice: [[spoiler:In his first duel with Astral, he pulls an even better one than Vector (given that he is actually capable of making good on his threat). The temple places Yuma in a DeathTrap so that a bladed pendulum swings closer to him every time Astral inflicts damage upon Black Mist (in other words, Astral will kill Yuma if he wins, and losing would cause his own death, as the duel is over their Numbers). Fortunately, [[TakeAThirdOption a third option does exist]], but Astral has to get Yuma to figure out how to get to safety by himself, which he does.]]
