[[folder:Misty Knight]]
!!Mercedes Knight
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rco024_6.jpg]]

A former cop who lost a hand, now works as a private investigator. She has a bionic arm, created by Tony Stark.
----
* ArtificialLimbs: She has a bionic arm, courtesy of Tony Stark.
* TheBusCameBack:
** This was the first time that Misty Knight, Ultimate or otherwise, was published since the 1970s.
** After disappearing at the end of the Galactus trilogy, she reappears in ''Ultimate Doom'', working for Roxxon.
* FaceHeelTurn: For no adequately explained reason, she's perfectly happy working for the very evil Roxxon, as they try to reclaim Jessica Drew.
* ICouldaBeenAContender: She longs for the good old days as a police cop.
* SirSwearsalot: She did not like being detained by the Ultimates. Not a single bit.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Moondragon]]
!!Heather Douglas

A thief killed many years ago, now there's a legion of clones of her. They view Gah Lak Tus as a God, and want to be the ones to make first contact.
----
* AlwaysChaoticEvil: They are a problem for both the Ultimates and the Silver Wings.
* AdaptationalVillainy: She's a hero in the main universe (at least, that's the basic idea).
* BadassNormal: She gave quite a fight to Misty Knight.
* BaldOfEvil: She's a case of AdaptationalVillainy, but she still retains her baldness.
* CloneArmy: The original Heather Douglas is dead. The sniper, and all the others, are her clones.

[[folder:George Tarleton]]
!!George Tarleton
[[quoteright:271:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rco016_1465838838.jpg]]

The top scientist of AIM. He captured a Gah Lak Tus unit and tried to use it to take over the world. Of course, things did not end well.
----
* AdaptationalAttractiveness: Considering that he is the Ultimate version of MODOK, an ugly floating head with tiny arms and legs, this one was easy.
* AnalogyBackfire: Tarleton mentioned that those in the satellite live like monks. He then had to clarify that they are not motivated by religion, that he only make the monk comparison because of the reclusion.
* TheAtoner: When Vision restored his sanity, he helped to defeat Gah Lak Tus.
* ComicBookMoviesDontUseCodenames: He is never called "MODOK", and much less "Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing".
* EvilIsNotAToy: Everybody, from the Vision to his fellow scientists, told Tarleton that toying with the Gah lak Tus unit would be a massively bad idea. Because it may lead to... exactly what happened.
* ForScience: His main motivation is to advance science, no matter the cost.
* ShootTheMessenger: One of the scientists reminded him that the Northern Directorate will not approve of his merging with the Gah Lak Tus unit. He killed him.

!!Doctor Stephen Strange, junior

The Sorcerer Supreme, who inherited the title from his father, Doctor Stephen Strange, after the man went missing. He fights magical monsters with the assistance of his partner Wong. Briefly joined Daredevil in fighting Kingpin. One of the many, many casualties of ''Ultimatum''.

* DeadGuyJunior: He's got the same name as his dad, who is... "missing".
* ComicBookDeath: After his death in ''Ultimatum'', someone's seen nabbing his corpse... but that was never followed up on before the Ultimate Universe went boom.
* {{Gorn}}: His death is one of the more needlessly unpleasant of ''Ultimatum'' (which is saying something). His head is squeezed until it explodes in a shower of blood, ''on-panel''.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's somewhat arrogant, but he is one of the few other super-folks who's actually pleasant toward Spider-Man.

Jennifer Walters is a female scientist who manages to create an "improved" version of the Hulk serum that doesn't affect the subject's mind. However, it is stolen by Betty Ross who uses it to become She-Hulk.

* FullFrontalAssault: She attacked Wolverine while naked.
* InterplayOfSexAndViolence: She-Hulk first appears (and is revealed to be Betty Ross) when Wolverine was fighting the Hulk. She interrupted the fight to take on Bruce herself, and after exchanging a few blows, Wolverine notes that he can't tell if they're fighting or @#$%ing. Even earlier, in the first Ultimates arc, Betty has been dismissive and borderline abusive to Bruce. After he Hulks Out again and saves the day by ''eating'' the Chitauri leader, Betty point-blank asks him if it's possible to arrange a conjugal visit.
* {{Jerkass}}: She can be very callous and uncaring, especially when Bruce is involved.
* MilitaryBrat: She is daughter of a general.
* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: Dyes her hair pink after breaking up with Bruce.

[[caption-width-right:350:Finally, a guy whose powers are not related to the Super Soldier program in any way!]]
!!Pluskommander Geneheris [=HalaSon=] Marh-Vehl
An alien of the Kree Empire, Voidnaught Marh-Vehl was assigned to undercover work on Earth, pretending to be Dr. Phillip Lawson, a slightly ditzy NASA scientist. During his time on Earth, Marh became attached to humans, and decided they were worth protecting for Gah Lak Tus, eventually unveiling himself with his superior officer Yahn-Rgg unleashed a Killform on Cape Canaveral, and sided with SHIELD in fighting the World Destroyer.

* AdaptedOut: Marh-Vell's connection to Rick Jones, his rivalry with his superior over Una, his possession of the Nega-Bands... none of those occur for this version.
* ArmCannon: His armour comes with a "Uniband Totalkannon", which while so small it doesn't even look like a weapon, packs a punch big enough to fry a killform at full power.
* BackForTheDead: After being criminally underused throughout Ultimate Marvel's run, he returned in ''Hunger''. Where he died.
* BodyHorror: The surgery required to make him look more human gets undone by Yahn-Rgg remotely. It's not at all pleasant for Marh.
* CommutingOnABus: Usually made brief cameo appearances after ''Ultimate Secret'', along with a supporting role in ''Ultimate Doom''. But that was about it.
* DeadpanSnarker: Since his creator ''is'' Creator/WarrenEllis, he's incredibly snarky. Taken even further by Brian Bendis during ''Ultimate Enemy'', to the extent that Wendell Vaughn notes it's seriously annoying. He admits it's because he's been watching a little ''too much'' TV, and thought that was how all humans communicated.
* GeniusBruiser: Even by Kree standards, Marh knows his stuff. In fact, as he tells Yahn-Rgg during their confrontation, he knows their ship better than Yahn does. And Yahn's the captain.
* IntriguedByHumanity: He takes a fondness for us. And things like Krispy Kreme donuts and ''Lost''. So he decides to try and prevent that whole "destroyed by Gah Lak Tus" thing.
* ItIsPronouncedTropay: Nick Fury winds up calling him "Marvel" because that is what his name sounds like. Only a few, like Thor, take the effort to actually try and pronounce it properly.
* NiceGuy: One of the most morally upstanding and pleasant heroes in Ultimate Marvel, outside Spider-Man. It's actually a little jarring considering [[TookALevelInJerkass most of his other counterparts.]]
--> '''Mahr Vell:''' I like it here. I like the culture. I even like you monkey people. I got myself onto the Asis project to speed it up. You deserve the stars. You deserve to live.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: As Dr. Phillip Lawson, he pretends to be a slightly ditzy human scientist, who makes a comment about admiring "her" (meaning a NASA ship he designed) rather than Carol Danvers, who's standing in front of him. Plus, pretending to be a human means having to dumb down a little anyway.
* RaceLift: Goes from being a pink-skinned Kree to blue.
* StarfishAliens: The Ultimate Kree look less human than their Earth-616 counterparts. Marh had to undergo extensive surgery to even look remotely human
* StillWearingTheOldColors: Even after defecting, he remains in his Kree uniform. It helps that it looks like a superhero uniform.
* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: Hawkeye for his part doesn't consider Marh, or the Kree in general, to be people. Even after siding with Earth, they still don't trust the man, and when it looks like he's turned on them thanks to Reed Richards, Nick Fury drags him to a basement to interrogate him.

* DroppedABridgeOnHim: During ''Ultimatum'', Spidey finds him already dead while going around New York.
* ItsPersonal: His crusade against Wilson Fisk, which has driven Daredevil to obsessive and dangerous lengths to take him down.
* {{Jerkass}}: His first interaction with Spider-Man, who came to him for advice? Telling him he had no business trying to be a hero, telling him to quit, finishing with "you're lucky I don't rip that mask off and give you to the cops".

* BadBoss: Rick Jones is tired of roaming the empty void, so he teleports to Earth, to enjoy himself five minutes at some Burger King... and the Watchers started to tell him to go back to work immediately.
* TheChooserOfTheOne: They empowered Rick Jones to serve as their agent. And that's literally all they did. No forewarning, no advice, no guide on how to use his powers. They just dumped superpowers on a teenager from Queens.
* RedHerring: The Watchers first show up in ''Ultimate Origins'', one of the "Road to Ultimatum" comics, and give powers to Rick Jones to help with an upcoming crisis. But ''Ultimatum'' took place and Rick did not prevent it, help or even appear at all. What has happened? Simple: that they were talking about the ''next'' crisis.
* StarfishAliens: They appear as a signal pole-like thing, with a four-sided head serving as the "face".
* TheWatcher: They are the Ultimate version of the TropeNamer (the one the FF meet in ''Ultimate Origins'' is Ultimate Uatu).
