* TheDragon: Seems to be Don Armage's second-in-command, or at least high enough in rank to earn more authority than your average Daikaan. Also literally since he resembles a Chinese dragon.

Unlike most ''Franchise/SuperSentai'' {{Arc Villain}}s whose arcs last at least ten or more episodes, the Kyuranger have dealt with the Kuro for five or six episodes before finally defeating them. Justified in a way as it is said there are 88 of them.
