* EmbarassingNickname: Zigzagged. Holly calls him Uncle Cliffy, and he doesn't mind if she does uses that nickname in private. He doesn't appreciate her call him that in public, however, and wouldn't let anyone else do the same.

* ImpliedLoveInterest: With Lauren. He can never go against her whims, and he appears to consider her someone important, as her death is what provoked him on a revenge quest against Greene. The exact nature of their relationship was never revealed, however.

Holly is the self-proclaimed “world famous thief” whom North encountered in Raleigh’s ship. She is Clifton’s niece who resides in Burlington.

* AmbiguouslyHuman: She is an immortal being alchemist who controls Gargoyles and is a part of an ancient order called the Govan (whose existence is but a myth to most people).

* OnlyInItForTheMoney: At first. He only agreed to help Fayette because he’s expecting huge payments for it. However, by the final act, he actually offered to aid her for free -- as a part of her 21st birthday gift.
