* BadDate: Her chapter focuses on a date with Brutus during the 65th Game that starts out badly, because Cecelia is greatly offended that a fellow Victor would pay for her services. The only place considered worse is District 12, where half the population is reportedly starving on the streets (and according to canon, this ''does'' happen), and even then they don't have the rampant crime and drug abuse that District 6 suffers. It's arguably the reason why District 6 was the last District to have a Victor, as many of the tributes tend to be morphling addicts, gang members, or just flat-out weak.

* DudeWheresMyRespect: Almost none of the other Victors respect the District 6 Victors. * PromotedToParent: After he kills his father, his mother goes insane and Woof is mentioned as getting food to keep his younger sisters fed when he encounters and kills the bully over food.

* TheseHandsHaveKilled: Refuses to lose his temper again after killing the male tribute from District 4. This holds for sixty years, until he sees Brutus making jokes about the Careers killing the female District 8 tribute in the 74th Games. This leads Woof [[RageBreakingPoint to lose his temper for the first time in all those years]] and attack Brutus.

* HangingByTheFingers: Survives her arena being flooded by hanging onto a tree. When she is next seen, all her fingernails are gone.
