The only reason why Clover and Coral have not left yet was because they like being naked, seeing her as more of a landlord than employer. Unfortunately, Arizona's state government is apparently well aware of the resort's dishevelment and Melody's financial neglect; they sent two officials over to announce that they are seizing the property and that Melody and her tenants have 24 hours to clear out.
