Stimpy is a overweight manx cat[[note]]On the other hand, maybe his tail is very, very, VERY short. Then again, his not having a tail may just be the "you-know-what" of the gag of the moment. It's not really the point either way...except when it is. [[MST3KMantra It's just that kind of show]].[[/note]] with no...er, well, let's say "little" brains (though not as extremely little as, say, [[TheSimpsons Ralph Wiggum]])[[note]]And even that could be an insult...[[InsultToRocks to Ralph]].[[/note]] and a big heart.
