* JerkassToOne: He often acts a jerk toward anyone that isn't his family. However, he particularly ''loves'' to be-little Oscar every chance he gets.

* YouDontLookLikeYou: When the character returns in ''Louder and ''Prouder'', he has a wider face and wider body frame.

Oscar Proud's pet monkey that was introduced in Season 3 and started to help him out more in the Proud Snax Factory.

* AmazingTechnicolorWildlife: In ''Louder and Prouder'', his fur and skin are both purple, as opposed to the natural brown in the original series.
* ButtMonkey: Pun aside, Mr. Chips is constantly at the abuse of Oscar but will often return the favor if needed.
* HiddenDepths: Despite being a monkey that is always dragged around by Oscar, Mr. Chips is actually pretty good at his job at the Proud Snacks factory. It even got to a point where he (a monkey) and Peebo (a child) are able to work a forklift while Oscar can't.
* YouDontLookLikeYou: He looks drastically different in ''Louder and Prouder'' than he did in the original series, having purple fur and looking older and more tired.

* TheAtoner: Enforced. Due to his actions in "Tween Town," Roker's bosses forced him to make it up to Penny in "Twins to Tweens." He is a lot more cooperative this time around but of course that's mainly due to not wanting to lose his powers.

* AccidentalMisnaming: He likes to call Zoey "Susie" no matter how many times Zoey corrects him.

* BerserkButton: Mispronouncing her name. Oscar pays for this.

* RunningGag: She raises her voice everytime she has to calm down a chattering crowd to get her attention.

* BewareTheQuietOnes: She has the presence of a mouse but can turn into a fericious tiger when reclaiming order and attention.
