Theoretically, he can now transform into anyone he likes, as long as he keeps enough tails.

Even before his villainous career truly began, Doctor Neuron was best described as a terrible individual. An amoral doctor driven to achieve whatever he could without morality's influence, Doctor Neuron would become an infamous Nazi Doctor, working directly for Adolf Hitler himself. He was one of the chief supervillains of the "golden age", and even in universe has a few pages in the history books. He survived what should have been death by becoming a floating robotic brain in a bubble with cybernetic amplifications, took over the body of a servant to escape after the war, and became one of the heads of the infamous ODESSA Network, operating in fascist Spain. He was seemingly slain in the 90s in the last mission of a number of Golden Age heroes, only to resurface in the modern day...working for [[PresidentEvil President Sutler]].

* BadBoss: Electrocutes the American Avenger for talking back to him, and explicitly yearns for the day when people feared failing even once.
* BodySurf: Survives and escapes capture by taking over bodies. He took over a servant's body to escape Germany. Notably however the bodies he wears are very...jerky, and you can tell something's wrong very easily. Though it seems he gets better the longer he has a body.

An evil alternate version of Jumping Bean, she started off similarly enough, but in a mission to defeat the Emperor by infiltrating his forces, she became more and more corrupted. Ultimately, she double-crossed both the Emperor and her own friends Black Wolf and Red Tiger, eating the Emperor's heart and skinning the latter. When her bean body began to decay, she opened the way for the Anti-Creator to invade, thus devastating her whole world to save her own skin.

* DarkIsEvil: Uses Taotie derived magic, which Jumping Bean finds... alarming. This takes the form of an explosive prison of dark rods.
* EvilCounterpart: A murderously insane version of Jumping Bean.
* FromASingleCell: All that needs to exist is a mote of her, and she can regenerate from that.
* GenuineHumanHide: She is literally wearing Black Wolf and Red Tiger from her world!
* PsychopathicManchild: She is basically a rampaging immature monster - she is obsessed with her basic needs: food, emotional satiation, and pleasing Daddy dearest.
* PsychoticSmirk: Along with NightmareFace. Even though she's wearing a mask, the things her eyes and facial tilt do suggest a perilously unstable psyche.
* RubberMan: She can extend and deform, being difficult to permanently damage.

!Dread Mud Snake

A regenerated version of Mud Snake, combined with the upper torso of the dead Emperor, she now more resembles a more dragon-like Fell Beast of Tolkien's lore.

* ItCanThink: One of the more powerful of the Anti-Creator's Generals, she cannot speak any more... but it's very obvious she can still think, as is obvious by her very much looking forward to sinking her teeth into the heroes, as well as planning out trying to rescue Rok'n.
* PoisonousPerson: Retains the poisonous fangs from mortal life.
* ShockAndAwe: Shoots lightning from the Emperor, fused into her horn.
* WindFromBeneathMyWings: Uses tremendously powerful gale force winds simply by flapping her wings.

!Connor O'Sullivan

A mad warrior from Ignatius' backstory - Connor obtained a sword from him and went on a rampage, slaying people who had made his life a living hell and then going on from there. Ignatius killed him by slashing out his throat...until the Anti-Creator brought him back to serve as a General. Now he uses a reforged Akutonari, and four vile spirits which support him.

* ArchEnemy: Ignatius. He still despises him for inflicting that miserable death on him and putting him in the clutches of a spiteful god.
* AxCrazy: In the past by and large. By the present he still homicidally hates Ignatius, but seems to have become ''[[BoredWithInsanity Bored With]] AxCrazy''.
* MasterSwordsman: He didn't just sit on his ass in the Strange Energy Universe - he worked to complete his abilities as a swordsman, even working through the impediment of going from a right handed stance to a left handed stance.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Tells off Ignatius mere moments before he teleports home in a panic.
* ReluctantMonster: Connor would not have ''chosen'' to attack Kayden or do much of any of that. He has however been forced into the Anti-Creator's service.
* ShoutOut: Has [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight Mad Enhancement]] as an ability. He also has Shirou's affliction from Heaven's Feel done as a sort of parody of his status as a "swordsman" by the Anti-Creator.

!Galatea

A mysterious porcelain colored robot girl the Anti-Creator made as his ultimate weapon - at which point the massive scepter shaped antimatter bomb was dropped on Kayden, counting down, with Galatea levitating in alongside it. She is actually the top half of the Ophelia robot damaged by Zahhak, brought back and amplified by the Anti-Creator.

* AntiVillain: Galatea serves the Anti-Creator, but she is not a sadistic creature like Stationary Pea or a mad monster like Mud Snake. She voices regret she did not make it in time to save Rok'n, viewing him in a sympathetic light and even kissing his remains and trying to fulfill his desire...to destroy Kayden.
* AttackReflector: And a brutal sort - she can return the force of an attack at 120% of its original force. She can even redirect it - as was demonstrated horrifically on Kyxe.
* BeamSpam: She can fire off her Dead Ring Beams this way.
* CameBackStrong: She started off as one half of a direly damaged Ophelia, entombed in the ground. After a few amplifications and a new, incredibly powerful weapon, she's easily the strongest General of the Anti-Creator.
* DissonantSerenity: Even while fighting and blowing holes in people she's peaceful and serene.
* TheDragon: Explicitly listed as the most powerful of all the Anti-Creator's underlings, and the one he actually entrusted the Kayden mission to.
* KnightOfCerebus: Despite not being nearly as bad as some of the villains already out, she is this. The moment that Galatea descended from the rift, the Battle For Kayden went severely downhill for the Lurker's Team.
* LightIsNotGood: Associated with white and gold. She is also the most powerful underling by far of the Anti-Creator.
* ShoutOut: She has powers related to a number of famous villains and antagonists;

* SinisterScythe: Galatea carries one hell of a scythe - it is made of a metal that robs ''gods'' of their power, and is empowered further by the contradictory and opposed power of a Daeva and Yazata... combined into one YinYangBomb of an empowering gem. Even a glancing hit from Asphodel will ''hurt''.

Strange [[EldritchAbomination Eldritch Abominations]] living in the Strange Energy Universe. While they aren't technically affiliated with him, the Anti-Creator occasionally throws them "relevant toys," and they ''actually do'' occasional things on his behalf.

* AmbiguouslyEvil: Unlike the remarkably malevolent Winter Lanterns that inspired them, they don't seem to be naturally malicious, only attacking when attacked in turn.
* EldritchAbomination: Incredibly so. Simply looking at them hurts the eyes, and mundane people can only manage half a second or less before their head explodes from the sheer wrongness of their existence.
* HellIsThatNoise: They... they sing. It's not a pleasant noise. Their singing is described as "cloying" and "decaying one's sanity."
* ShockAndAwe: Their eyes can fire off "primordial lightning," hinting at their true nature.
