As a result, it's so traumatised that both of its traits are detrimental — Trauma reduces the corresponding defensive stat whenever it's attacked, while Flawed Crystal causes it to take more damage from types it resists.

* MeaningfulName: Anahir is a combination of Anak and ''Terlahir'' (Indonesian for "born"), because it was born in the Anak Volcano.

* SecretArt: Chains Hit, a physical Neutral technique that deals damage to one target.

* StoneWall: Its defensive stats are some of the highest among all Temtem, but the rest of its stats are lacklustre.

* LivingDinosaurs: It's based on ''Tyrannosaurus'', and its Tempedia entry describes it as "the last living relic from a pre-human past."
* MightyGlacier: It has good defences and offences (save for its middling special attack), but is very slow.
* NoSell: Its Intimidator and Fightening traits disable other Temtem's traits and held gear, respectively, for two turns.
* {{Planimal}}: It has a few feather-like leaves on the back of its head and its tail.
* PlayingWithFire: Fire type.
* TRexpy: It resembles ''T. rex''. While it's not described as aggressive, both of its traits involve striking fear in other Temtem, and it learns the attack-lowering technique Roar.

[[folder:#164 - Volgon]]An Electric type Mythical Temtem that can be obtained from the Sacred Lake. In Cipanki lore, they are said to be born from lightning to roam the heavens, and occasionally visit the archipelago to befriend humans.

* GrowingWings: Swali gains five wings when it evolves into Loali.
* OffModel: Loali is depicted with six wings on one piece of promotional artwork.

Musa is the Dojo Master in Vumbi and leader of the Kisiwa resistance in Vumbi. The protagonist first encounters him at the Temporium in Vumbi, where he struggles to organize his Resistance members. He specializes in Neutral and Earth Temtem.

* FourEyesZeroSoul: A bispectacled scientist for the main evil team.

Platypet is one of the most well-known Temtem, as it was originally drawn by a ''Pokémon'' fanartist as a fake Water-type starter before a Kickstarter backer bought the rights to it and submitted it as a Temtem design. In-universe, it's the star of a cartoon series that teaches kids that Toxic types can be good friends, too. Its line shares a common ancestor with Saipat, but specialised in surviving in polluted environments, and are successful predators in Tucma as a result.

* StatusBuff: Swali learns Shy Shield and Bark Shield (which raise defence), and Nimble and Turbo Coreography (which raise speed).

The goat-like Goaty is a crowd-pleaser in Kisiwa and is voted Best Temtem every year by Neutral enthusiasts. Its evolution, Mouflank, gains a pair of curved horns that made it a serious hazard in the savannah until the early tribes tamed it.

* BareFistedMonk: Glozy gains the Melee type.

* GentleGiant: Glozy is described as such in its Tempedia entry; despite being muscular and over two metres tall, they're so helpful to villagers that they became a symbol of the monastery.

[[folder:#144 - Vuluffy]]The perceptive and aware Vuluffy thrives in the vast, untamed wilds, but is also inquisitive enough to not shy away from human contact.

* ActionSurvivor: Most ''definitely'', their most amazing feat being [[spoiler:surviving the Tucma airship crash and ''then'' surviving the harsh wastelands and as a fugitive. They also participated in the Kisiwa-Belsoto War as a major figure.]]

Professor Konstantinos is a professor from Deniz. He has a lab in Zadar and is currently studying Tuwai

Tihani is Omninesia's other Dojo Master and is stationed in Nanga. She's also purported to be the foremost Temtem breeder in the Archipelago. She supports the [=FreeTem=] Organisation, and thinks that many tamers overcatch. Like Rawiri, she mainly uses Water, Wind, Fire and Nature Temtem to fight. The protagonist first encounters her in Deniz, unbeknownst to them that she is a dojo master [[spoiler:and the client of Carlos]]

These snail-like Temtem may be slow, but they have outstanding tenacity in battle. Bigu is comically ill-tempered, while Babawa is a carefree prankster.

* MightyGlacier: Befitting their design, they're slow but bulky.

Its evolution Azuroc helps miners dislodge chunks of ore in the Mines of Mictlan. The final evolution, Zenoreth, is rarely seen in the wild, and possibly the basis for an urban legend about crystalline behemoths that live beneath the city.

* GruesomeGoat: The Tempedia describes Banapi as notoriously difficult to tame, and Capyre as highly territorial and tempermental.

* VisualPun: It's a giant earthworm with draconic characteristics. In other words, a [[OurDragonsAreDifferent wyrm]].

[[folder:#032 to #034 - Houchic, Tental, and Nagaise]]These empathetic and intuitive Temtem are great for novice tamers. Their minds become more complex when they evolve into Tental. The final evolution, Nagaise, is traditionally associated with wisdom, insight, and spirituality, and dispense cryptic advice to heroes in Cipanki folktales.

* HuMons: The Houchic line are humanoids with octopus tentacles for hair.
