The current secretary of the PNF, Alessandro Pavolini is a veteran member of the National Fascist Party and a harsh enforcer of Fascism's will. Considered the most prominent of the Quadrumvirs to be elected the Duce of Italy, Pavolini seeks to reinvigorate the Empire by ruthlessly cracking down on the enemies of Italy and Fascism.

Italo Balbo, war hero, colonial peacekeeper, and fearless aviator, is one of the most publicly popular members of the Quadrumvirate. Though long away from Roman politics due to colonial duties, Balbo remains popular to the people of Italy. Should he become the official heir to Mussolini, Balbo seeks to use his years of experience to bring Italy to a new era of peace and prosperity.

Ettore Muti is a young man in an old man's clothes. An Arditi in his teenage years, a companion of D'Annunzio at Fiume, and a squad leader at the March on Rome, Muti was magnetically attracted to the fury of Fascist Futurism. Years of compromise had however turned Fascism into an empty husk of corruption and idiocy, and Muti, a contender for the position of Mussolini's successor, aims to fix what had went wrong and bring back the old days of young Fascism.

Niccolò Giani, head and founder of the School of Fascist Mysticism, is an enigma to the Italian public, and a fringe influencer in the Fascist Party. A educator and promoter of Fascist Mysticism, Giani sees that Italy had strayed far from the faith of Mussolini and Fascism, and is determined to save Italy's soul from its errors. Giani is the least prominent of the Quadrumvirs, but should circumstance promote him to leadership, Italy's future will be a dark and bizarre one.
