WMG: Beckett Cruz

First WesternAnimation/RickAndMorty fan character.

* DoesNotLikeMagic: He went on a rant about how much he didn't believe in magic or special powers on front of Zansa, an Earthbender.
--> [thinking] "I WILL CRUSH YOU WITH A THOUSAND BOULDERS!"
* InsufferableGenius: He's always going on about his high IQ, yet he lacks the social skills to realize how annoying he is coming across.
* Jerkass: Just look at this wonderful first impression.
* NoSocialSkills: As it turns out, being a huge asshole to your tribemates on the first day makes you a great candidate for elimination. He also didn't even realize he was in any danger until it was spelled out to him at Tribal Council.
* StarterVillain: Invoked; SWSU built him up as a character that seemingly had a lot of staying power, only to end up being a subversion of his villain archetype and leaving first.

WMG: Zansa Patel

First WesternAnimation/LegendOfKorra fan character.

* DishingOutDirt: She's an Earthbender.
* UselessWithoutPowers: Believes herself to be this after Sandy takes her powers. In fact, this feeling hits her much more than it does for the other players.

WMG: Sandalwood (aka Sandy)

First WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse fan character.

* BroughtDownToNormal: Does this to the whole cast.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Because she took away everyone's powers, combined with her insistence of how the game should be played, Sandy is near universally hated by her fellow tribemates.
* TheFundamentalist: Nico mentions that Sandy's playing the game like a religious zealot would.
* GoodOldWays: Her first episode is all about wanting to play the game like it was meant to be played in the early days. This leads to her destroying advantages, limiting strategy talk, and peaking with her taking away her tribe's powers when they had a massive lead on the other tribe.
* KnightTemplar
* LargeHam: Her spiel against advantages.
* UnknownRival: On the receiving end of this from Shiro. Sandy somehow doesn't realize she so openly hates her.

WMG: Dante Wagner

First Series/ItsAlwaysSunnyInPhiladelphia fan character.

* EccentricArtist: Makes his living as an artist, and is one of the most colorful characters in the season.
* ParodyRetcon: In-universe. At the reunion, he tries to claim that his erratic performance in the season was interpretive art after seeing how badly he came off on national television.
* SmallNameBigEgo: In his first major appearance, he is very eager to brag to the audience about his awesomeness.

WMG: Sydney Casey

Second VideoGame/SlyCooper fan character.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: See WallOfBlather.
* PaintingTheMedium: She rambles on for so long in her confessionals that her text bubbles go outside the comic's borders.
* WallOfBlather: She apparently rambles on so much, her words escape the comic's borders.

WMG: Snapper

First Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles fan character.

* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Snapper is not his real name. It's Ross Honda.
* NoSympathy: He quite bitterly brushes off everyone else's concerns about their powers being taken away. It's hinted that this is because he was turned into a turtle against his will.
* ShipTease: With Fuchsia, even post-season and post-betrayal.
* StraightMan: In his alliance with Okawa.

WMG: Beata Pracik

First WesternAnimation/TreasurePlanet fan character.

* BadBoss: For her crew back home. It only gets worse after the reunion.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: One of the biggest threats in the pre-merge, her elimination is what allows Micah to take control of the game from that point onward.
* IronLady: A harsh disciplinarian with a volatile temper who never shows weakness until she's voted out.
* TheLeader: Of the Claterra tribe.
* SpacePirate: As a rep from WesternAnimation/TreasurePlanet would be.

WMG: Aurora

Fourth WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic fan character.

* AdiposeRex: A very large princess.
* BigEater: She normally turns rocks into gems to eat, but after being BroughtDownToNormal, she doesn't realize she has to ration the food the tribe retrieves in the wild.
** On the bright side, her stomach single-handedly caused the opposing tribe to lose Immunity in the second episode.
* FatAndProud: Her weight is commented on numerous times by her and her tribemates.

WMG: Nico Harlinger

First VideoGame/NightInTheWoods fan character.

* JerkassHasAPoint: He admittedly tore into Shiro pretty hard at the first Immunity challenge, but to be fair, she did use her powers to give herself a bigger advantage than her teammates did.
* SmellySkunk: It's his superpower. He can blanket the woods in purple, horrible-smelling gas.

WMG: Striker the Weasel

First WesternAnimation/DoraTheExplorer fan character.

* FakeInteractivity: Carries over from his home series. He describes this as having voices in his head.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: The voices in his head are quite excellent for a game like Survivor, where they can lead him to a neverending supply of idols and advantages.
* Keet: Very small and very energetic.
* KidAppealCharacter: The youngest character in the season coming from a popular edutainment show.

WMG: Trevor Griffin

First VisualNovel/MonsterProm fan character.

* LovableJock: One of the most well-liked people in his tribe, he has been single-handedly able to recruit a majority into his alliance.
* NiceGuy
* OurGryphonsAreDifferent: A bipedal, fully clothed variant on the Classic style.

WMG: Clover Fields

First VideoGame/Klonoa fan character.

* BagOfHolding: She can pull items out of her hat at will.
* GenkiGirl
* HeroicBSOD: At the reunion, when she realizes that, since Survivor is now on Netflix, her superiors could have seen her give her cover away to the whole world.
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: Turns out she has a Film/MenInBlack-styled Neuralyzer in with her other belongings. Skippy is quick to remind her they don't work on camera footage.
* MotorMouth: To her detriment. She can't keep the fact that she's a secret agent secret for the life of her.
* PunnyName: On both fields of clovers and the movie, Film/Cloverfield.

WMG: Okawa Hikuma

First VideoGame/TokyoAfterschoolSummoners fan character.

Came back for Season 20: Generations.

* BearyFriendly: One of the single nicest people in the season.
* LeaderWannabe: He actually gets the leadership position pretty early on, though he's more incompetent than outright annoying about it.
* LivingLieDetector: His ability, Bear's Honest Truth, lets him tell if people are lying.
** CannotTellALie: The catch to his power, to the point where he can't even say something sarcastic.
* TookALevelInBadass: After being convinced to stop holding back out of fear that people will fear him, he singlehandedly becomes one of the greatest strategic and physical threats in the game.

WMG: Fuchsia Amaranth

First WebAnimation/RWBY fan character.

* HiddenDepths: She absolutely breaks down emotionally during her Loved Ones visit, since she's been bottling up her emotions the entire game to keep up a façade of strength.
* MyGreatestFailure: Failing to save Snapper with the Ride or Die advantage because she thought that tying her game to someone else had a greater chance of costing her the million.
** Likewise, failing to convince Shiro to play the fake split-up advantage she gave her. It's been said at the Reunion that at least two of Micah and Shiro's votes would have gone to her, making her the winner instead.
* OhCrap: She told Sydney she was the first target on Claterra. When this detail comes up at Tribal, Beata threatens to "sniff the rat out myself", which causes Fuchsia to have a mild panic.

WMG: Micah Chippers

First WesternAnimation/Zootopia fan character.

* AccentSlipUp: Turns out that thinking about romance or flirting is enough to get him to break out the GoodOlBoy voice again.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Revealed to be this at the end of the first episode. This proves to be heavily downplayed, as this is more how he perceives himself rather than how he truly is (somewhere in the middle).
* GentlemanThief: He prides himself on the fact that his heists have no casualties. He also has incredible social skills and a predilection for using calling cards.
* GoodOlBoy: Subverted; this is a front he uses to get by in life.
* HeelFaceTurn: Slightly downplayed. He was forced to atone for his previous mistakes throughout the game when he realized he was paired with someone as unpopular as Shiro, eventually becoming the nicer and more popular of the pair in spite of being more neutral than heroic.
* HiddenDepths: His cutesy initial persona was one he cultivated outside of the game so that people would like him in his personal life. He also would like to be a secret agent rather than a criminal mastermind.
* HyperCompetentSidekick: Since he was the one who got voted out and saved by Shiro, he was technically this for her. As such, when the pair win, he's the one who gets all the credit from the jury while Shiro gets lambasted for her failures.
* RetiredOutlaw: He decides to quit thievery late into the game, possibly to spend more time with his girlfriend, and it appears he's stuck to his decision by the time of the Reunion.
* TheSocialExpert: Undeniably so. Even after being revealed as having taken lessons from every previous SFC villain, he managed to win the season by building more genuine bonds with people. And all of this with a tremendous handicap in the form of his Ride or Die partner!
* SoleSurvivor: The 19th, a position shared with Shiro.

First VideoGame/Klonoa fan character.

* BagOfHolding: She can pull items out of her hat at will.
* GenkiGirl

First VisualNovel/MonsterProm fan character.

* LovableJock: One of the most well-liked people in his tribe, he has been single-handedly able to recruit a majority into his alliance.
* NiceGuy
* OurGryphonsAreDifferent: A bipedal, fully clothed variant on the Classic style.

!!Eliminated

Second VideoGame/SlyCooper fan character.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: See WallOfBlather.
* PaintingTheMedium: She rambles on for so long in her confessionals that her text bubbles go outside the comic's borders.
* WallOfBlather: She apparently rambles on so much, her words escape the comic's borders.

* KnightTemplar
* LargeHam: Her spiel against advantages.
* UnknownRival: On the receiving end of this from Shiro. Sandy somehow doesn't realize she so openly hates her.

First WesternAnimation/LegendOfKorra fan character.

* DishingOutDirt: She's an Earthbender.
* UselessWithoutPowers: Believes herself to be this after Sandy takes her powers. In fact, this feeling hits her much more than it does for the other players.
