* DrearyHalfLiddedEyes: Semi-constantly. While they initially fit the nonchalant and dreary connotations, once she convinces Spongebob to gather Cosmic Jelly for her, her lower lid closes as well giving her a bit of a squint that makes her seem more suspicious.

* CryoPrison: Subjected to this for his crimes before accidentally being freed just like Man Ray before him in the show. Unlike Man Ray, he's frozen again after being defeated in battle.

** {{Downplayed}} in the Game Boy Advance port where after luring Starfishman into a trapped room using a fake hostage, he can be seen operating the machinery of the deathtrap from the background.

Added DiffLines:

** Sort of averted in the Game Boy Advance port. There is a proper BossFight against him but it's technically more against the machines he's operating to crush Starfishman instead of the villain himself who is perfectly safe behind a glass window in the background.

* {{Foil}}: Has shades of this to Princess Mindy, especially considering her role in the VideoGame/TheSpongeBobMovieGame of which ''The Cosmic Shake'' could be considered a distant spirital sequel to. They're both mermaids who help to guide [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick on their quests while offering considerable support. However Princess Mindy is a genuinely kind, merciful soul eager to see the heroes to succeed whereas Madame Kassandra proves to be a cruel, manipulative sort, only looking out for herself. They're relation to King Neptune also contrasts as Mindy is his beloved daughter that tries to teach him to be more merciful while Madame Kassandra steals from him and hopes to one day usurp his throne.

What ultimately puts her down is the giant off-switch hidden on the bottom side of her head which takes three hits from [=SpongeBob=] in the last phase to activate.

* WrestlerInAllOfUs: In contrast to Sandy's karate mastery, Robo-Sandy uses wrestling techniques such as elbow drops, leg drops, and clotheslines. It's just as well that the Poseidome has been conveniently converted into a giant wrestling ring.

* AchillesHeel: The "Kick me!" sign on his back, which according to [=SpongeBob=], hides a [=SpongeBob=] assumes is hiding some sort of self-destruct button.button. We never get a close enough look underneath it to tell for sure but the heroes' attacks on it prove to be effective anyway.

* SpinAttack: His "do sa do" attack is a continuous spin where he'll spray toxic ice cream in every direction. The attack leaves Robo-Patrick dizzy for a short while after use.

to:

* ImprobableWeaponUser: Almost all of his attacks make use of his "ice cream cone", which is actually just an oil drum with a big blob of frozen toxic waste on top.
* ObviouslyEvil: You can tell he's evil because he wears darker shorts than Patrick with the floral patterns replaced by red skulls.
** ScaryTeeth: Having individual pointy teeth definitely makes him look more sinister than Patrick who has a cartoonish ToothStrip in-game. Averted in ''Rehydrated''.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Only in the Game Boy Advance port.
* ScreamingWarrior: Downplayed. The only noises he makes in battle are distorted roars but only when he's hurt.

* TacticalSuicideBoss: Subverted. During the first fight against him, he leaves himself wide open whenever he performs a wide sweeping karate chop which is obviously the intended moment for hitting his weakpoints. However he is in fact completely vulnerable throughout this entire fight. Thus, a skilled enough player can take him out extremely quickly by just launching Cruise Bubble's rapidly with good aim as his hurt animation gives just enough time to follow up with another Cruise bubble hit.

* {{Foreshadowing}}: She mentions never being able to get the magic, wish-granting Mermaid Tears to work for her. [=SpongeBob=] reads the bubble bottle and notices that OnlyThePureOfHeart are able to use its power before proving himself very much capable. Impressive on his behalf but a concerning red flag that there is something "off" about Kassandra.

** It’s even more inconsistent in the GBA/DS version since Plankton himself doesn’t grow bigger in “Super-Sized Patty,” meaning the Mutant Krabby Patty is initially only somewhat larger than a normal one. When we see it again in “Revenge of the Giant Plankton Monster the Patty is bigger than a tank and has to be carried to safety by a semi-truck, and then is later able to fit in the back seat of SpongeBob’s biplane.
