* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: Not only is she the TokenGirl of this group, but compared to her companions, she does not have to undergo DemonicPossession, instead being alerted to Respiro's wrath through a dream.

* HeroOfAnotherStory: Well, '''villain''' of another story, so to speak, but Hellsin takes a back-seat for the antagonist role during Part 2 of Discovery, but is still working behind the scenes regardless.

* HeelFaceTurn: After losing all his dark powers to [=SoniKiller=], Sonic undergoes this, resolving to lay the monster to rest and hopefully get his lost friends back.
* HeroicBSOD: While not shown in the original game, [=SonicClone=] undergoes two of these; first being after he's killed Amy, [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone which shakes him to his core pretty horribly]], and second after [=SoniKiller=] has him at his mercy before his brief demise.
* TooBrokenToBreak: After all the shit [=SoniKiller=] forced him through in his dimension, Sonic doesn't give a care about what the monster would throw at him next, which culminates in him sticking it right to [=SoniKiller=] personally with his Errorverse counterpart.

* ItsPersonal: Discovering the part she was tricked into playing in [=SoniKiller=]'s scheme motivates her to aid in laying the monster down personally.

This Sonic originates from the Errorverse continuity's primary version of Mobius, always on hand to keep his home safe from evils like Dr. Eggman and other supernatural beings. He had a direct part in [=SoniKiller=]'s rampage and eventually got to stick it to the monster personally.

* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Sonic spits one out to [=SoniKiller=], triggering the latter's RageBreakingPoint.

* TraumaCongaLine: Because of [=SoniKiller=], Sonic had to go through this consistently, starting with being sealed in a purgatory, [[HopeSpot breaking out and attempting to defend his friends and companions from harm]], [[KickTheDog only to get thrusted away again]] and ForcedToWatch as they perished in horrible ways.

Nitro (also known by his real name, Christopher Smith) is one of a few [[AuthorAvatar Author Avatars]] for Pico Digital Studios, having had a major part in [=SoniKiller=]'s twisted schemes and trying to live life as peacefully as he can.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: Nitro gained this in the form of the "Sacred Ring" artefact in order to aid in defeating [=SoniKiller=].
* AnAesop: Nitro delivers one to [=SoniKiller=] in their last conflict against each other. [=SoniKiller=], of course, spited Nitro's ForHappiness motivation, proclaiming that not everything ''has'' to be happy. Fair point. Doesn't mean everything has to be his way, either.

* BroughtDownToNormal: At the climax of his trouble with [=SoniKiller=], Nitro and the others are thrown into London, therefore reverting Nitro back to a human and locking out his powers. It leads to a brutal NoHoldsBarredBeatdown on his side from the murderer, who's lost it with Nitro's persistence. Thankfully, he's back to full strength once he and April get the Sacred Ring back.

* DarkAndTroubledPast: While he was able to live a peaceful life to begin with, it got torn away from him due to [=SoniKiller=] attacking his family and separating him from them, leaving him to have to live in Mobius for safety. And even then, [=SoniKiller=] still didn't stop making the kid's life hell until the villain's ultimate demise.

* TheDogBitesBack: After being tormented for a long while by [=SoniKiller=]'s continuous assaults on him, he finally gets the chance to teach the sadistic freak what for.

* HeroOfAnotherStory: While his role in the saga isn't shown in any of the ''All-Stars'' games, it's still his acts that take down [=SoniKiller=] in-between the events of ''Refined Edition'' and ''Restarted''.
* ItsPersonal: After April (another of Pico's [=OCs=]) is seemingly killed due to [[HistoryRepeats [=SoniKiller=] brainwashing her into attacking Nitro]], the teen loses it and swears to well and truly stick it to the monster. Thankfully, like Milla before her, April survives to tell the tale.

* DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu: Prior to the events of ''Reclassified'', Benjamin and Grace had both overpowered [=SoniKiller=], not once, but '''twice''', undoing the hold he had over his two vessels, Karilvatch and Duxiyn. Though, to be fair, the second encounter didn't prove easy for them.

The original true BigBad of the stories, [=SoniKiller=] is the true instigator of all the horrible events that happen throughout the story, who aims to strike terror into the hearts of his victims by any means before slaying them.

* DisasterDominoes: Not only did [=SoniKiller=] suffer his first defeat at the hands of Nitro, but he also got banished into a purgatory by Sonic, overpowered by [[VideoGame/VsSky Sky]] and another of his victims, beaten ''TWICE'' by Benjamin and Grace, [[MyRulesAreNotYourRules despite twisting the rules the second time]], and finally suffering a similar fate to [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys William Afton]], rendering him nothing but a burning memory.

* AGodAmI: Shockingly, [=SoniKiller=] sees himself as above God, Death or even '''{{Satan}}''' himself.

* GodOfEvil: [=SoniKiller=]'s powers make him class as one, being purely evil to the core, potentially rivalling the powers of both Lord X and [[VideoGame/SonicExeOneMoreSaga Sonic.OMT]].
* GreaterScopeVillain: [=SoniKiller=] is this for all of the events of ''Sonic.EXE All-Stars'' and the true BigBad.
* {{Irony}}: While proclaiming to be greater than even the original Sonic.EXE, [=SoniKiller=] inevitably became a joke like him (despite his existence canonically predating [=2011!X=]) and cast out of the spotlight after his downfall.
* KilledOffForReal: While plotting his revenge against everybody who ruined his plans, Corrupthog, under the order from the series' true GreaterScopeVillain, [=FileName0X=], telepathically grabs [=SoniKiller=] and blows him to shreds, rendering him a permanent goner.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: While [=SoniKiller=] is successful in slaying alternate versions of several [=EXEs=], it comes back to bite him hard once they pursue him in spirit form and lure him straight into a trap.

* OnlyFriend: The only such companion [=SoniKiller=] ''truly'' has, ironically, is his alternate [[VideoGame/FridayNightFunkinDSides D-Sides]] counterpart, dubbed [=MightMurderer=].
* StalkerWithoutACrush: [=SoniKiller=] is this towards Nitro, having an unhealthy obsession with tormenting the teen physically and mentally [[ForTheEvulz just for the thrill of it]]. Needless to say, he gets hit hard [[GrewASpine once Nitro develops the bravery needed]] to kickstart the monster's ultimate downfall.
* {{Unperson}}: Not only does [=SoniKiller=] not make a direct appearance in any of the new timelines, but people like [=SonicFan50002=] outright refuse to refer to him by name, with him only being referred to by his pronouns (he/him) or as "[REDACTED]".
* VillainousBreakdown: While surprisingly CrazyPrepared when it comes to evil plans, [=SoniKiller=] is not above losing his patience or throwing a fit if all his contingency plans fail him. He also doesn't take well to Errorverse Sonic's TheReasonYouSuckSpeech towards him. By the time he witnesses that [[TheDeterminator Nitro just WON’T give up by any means]], he drops all calm demeanour outright and concludes that he was going too soft on the kid. More so to the point that, when Nitro and April are both powered up for the end of the final battle, he is [[RageBreakingPoint ABSOLUTELY LIVID]] when he shouts to his army to tear them to shreds, referring to them both as “rejects of nature”.

The lead star of upcoming fan game, ''Sonic.EXE: Darkened Spirits'', Exrath is the lead antagonist of that game and is one of five to show up in overthrowing [=SoniKiller=] and stopping his plans from succeeding.

* GoThroughMe: At one point before the games' events, Exrath had put himself front and centre to defend Phaton from [=SoniKiller=].

The lead antagonist of upcoming fan game, ''Sonic.EXE The Destiny'', Exruby is one of five EXE characters assisting [=SonicClone=] in apprehending [=SoniKiller=].

Originating from ''Glitched Amy: The Beginning'', Puroto (formerly known as Glitched Amy) is the lead antagonist of her game, as well as one of the characters sent out to take down [=SoniKiller=] in ''All-Stars 2'''s worst ending.

* PromotedToPlayable: While not in this game, he is stated to be a playable character in the "Sonic.EXE Simulator" mode in upcoming fangame, ''VideoGame/SonicEXEForever''.
