* AdaptationSpeciesChange: In the original YYGDM-01, Ghidorah's Kaijuu form is based on Godzilla. Here in Shin-YYGDM, his Kaijū form is literally the same namesake of the three-headed dragon.
* BadBoss: Just like the original version, failure results in being threatened, punished or get killed.
* BigBad: He is the main villain of Arc I.
* {{Kaiju}} / OneWingedAngel: He transforms into a literal golden three-headed dragon of the same namesake in the final battle.

* TheDragon: He is the main second-in-command of the Rajita Empire.

A noble vampire who is enemies with Bram and his vampire group. Seeks to take control of the noble vampire clan by attempting to make Saya his wife and revive Camula by settling the score in a vampire civil war. He is finally killed by Bram.

!Evil Gennai
The antagonist from Adventure tri. who made his return in serving the Rajita and the one responsible in leading them to control the Sovereign and Huanglongmon. Not only that, but he uses Diablomon and Demon's data in good use in becoming Diablomon X and Demon X to fight his enemies. Unfortunately, his karma runs out in the end as he's finally killed in Arc I.
