Satina's mother. Lucia's is the Queen of North American Hell (the busiest division of Hell). She is overworked, tired and ticked off nearly all the time.

* {{Tsundere}}: Even though ExtravertedNerd BumblingDad Dave annoys her greatly deep down she still has feelings for him, though his CommitmentIssues and deadbeat tendencies frustrate her to no end.

* SuperToughness: At one point Satina accidentally hits her head on the roof of Dave's car hard enough to leave an imprint but it doesn't even phase her. Later Dave uses her as a hammer to break open the fire extinguisher case and she's just as un-phased.

The main character. She's the daughter of the Queen of North American Hell, Lucia, and her father Dave, an ordinary human from the overworld. Satina's energetic, playful, mischevious, sometimes weird, but always loves her estranged parents very much.

* HalfHumanHybrid: Satina is a child of the Queen of Hell and a fully human father, although she takes more after her mother in appearance.

* {{Nephilim}}: Somewhat subverted, Satina has a demon mother and human father, but she's not a HalfHumanHybrid. Inheriting none of Dave's traits, attributes or general biology. Although having a human father may be the reason she's so good-natured and docile.

* CasanovaWannabe: On the other hand, Dave has a huge ego when it comes to the ladies. He sees himself as irresistible, which of course infuriates Lucia.

* FlatEarthAtheist: Well, Jewish actually, but ''A Very Satina Christmas'' shows he doesn't believe in Christianity despite having not only visited Hell, but [[DidYouJustRomanceCthulu having romanced its Queen]] and sired and raised their lovechild. Satina (said daughter) can't believe her ears when she hears this. Then again, [[HenpeckedHusband Dave]] [[HatesTheirParent being]] [[ConditionedToAcceptHorror Dave]], it's possible [[{{Naytheist}} he's simply PRETENDING to be this out of principle, which would be quite in character for him]].

* OfCourseImNotAVirgin: In the animated shorts he [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial tries this]] when dating in the past, but of course Lucia can see right [[BadLiar through him]].

* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: While Dave loves Lucia, and their eventual daughter, he is deeply disturbed by their demonic powers and all the paranormal activities associated with Hell. It's possibly his [[CommitmentIssues refusal to commit]] that caused strife in their relationship.

* HiddenHeartOfGold: Deep down, under that enormous angry exterior, she actually cares for her daughter very much.
