The Ultor Corporation are the primary antagonists in ''Videogame/SaintsRow2''. Formerly a clothing company, they picked up the pieces after the death of Alderman Richard Hughes. They used their power to rebuild Stilwater, particularly the Saint's Row district. By the time The Boss comes out of their coma, they're a MegaCorp found everywhere around Stilwater, particularly in the heart of the Saint's Row district.

* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He turns on Maero when the Boss ends up killing the Brotherhood members Ultor released, and sells out the Ronin out after Kazuo Akuji cuts their partnership. [[spoiler:Once all of the gangs are taken care off, he tries to have the Saints killed, and tricks the Boss into [[KlingonPromotion eliminating Ultor's board of directors so he can become chairman]].]]

* NonActionGuy: In ''Gat Out of Hell'', Dane prefers to sit in his office and drink scotch rather than go out on streets and do something, making Gat and Kinzie do all the dirty work for him.
* SmugSnake: Extremely so, even in Hell.

* BlondesAreEvil: Vogel has blonde hair, and he's a corrupt businessman trying to gentrify Stilwater by inciting gang warfare.

* EvilPlan: Intends on manipulating the gangs of Stilwater into a full-blown gang war so he can send his private militia into defeating them, before using it as the reason to gentrify the neighborhood of Shivington. [[spoiler: The Boss nuked that dream nicely.]]

* UnfortunateNames: "Vogel" is a German word that means "bird", but is also often used as slang for "idiot" or just a dim-witted person in general. Dane [[TheChessmaster isn't exactly an idiot]], but severely underestimating the Saints wasn't one of his brightest moments.

* DummiedOut: A complete model of Dane can be found in ''VideoGame/SaintsRowIV'', indicating that he was at one point part of the story. A slightly edited version of the model was later used for ''Videogame/SaintsRowGatOutOfHell''.
