!Villains

!!Nathaniel Richards
* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: He's the ruler of a time-traveling empire, and when he has to face enemies personally, he manhandles them like they are nothing.
* BigBad: Being the one who set the plot in motion by invading Remnant, he's the overarching threat RWBY and JNPR would have to face to save their world.
* CompositeCharacter: As it's a RecursiveFanfiction based on Fanfic/HuntersOfJustice, Kang takes Brainiac's role as an invader who attacks Remnant. He also takes on the respective roles of Adam and Jinn as the one who costs Yang her right arm and the one to inform RWBY and JNR the full truth about Ozpin and Salem.
* FairPlayVillain: Even though he could have just executed RWBY and JNR, he chose to give them the chance to fight if it meant breaking their spirits.
* MisplacedRetribution: Kang assigns blame for the destruction of Remnant, and the subsequent transformation of the Grimm into a cosmic plague ravaging worlds on not just Salem and her followers, but also on RWBYJNPR and some of the others opposed to her whose only crime was losing to her in a now averted BadFuture, even sentencing them to death for it.
* NotSoOmniscientAfterAll: While his time-traveling makes him rather knowledgable, there are still holes in the information he has, especially regarding the butterfly effects his own actions can cause. For example, this is why he doesn't just eliminate Salem before she gained her immortality, or go back in time to keep RWBYJNPR from escaping. Fury even uses this, giving a specific example in his mistake about Captain America, to point out that his claims of RWBYJNPR being responsible for dooming the universe are bullshit.
* RobotMaster: Invades Remnant with his army of robots.

!!Victor Von Doom
* HiddenVillain: His involvement with the assault by the Frightful Four and the Raft breakout are well hidden from the heroes.
* ThirdPersonPerson: As always, Doom speaks in this manner when he wants to get a point across.
* VillainTakesAnInterest: After seeing how the Remnantians dealt with the Frightful Four, he decides to keep an eye on them and see what they can do.

!!Tony Masters
* AwesomenessByAnalysis: As always, he can copy the fighting styles of anyone he has seen. As Nora painfully finds out, that means he can easily read her movements and knock her unconscious.
* CoolMask: His signature skull-faced mask, which he feels more comfortable with than by showing his true face.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: He's a mercenary first and foremost.
* WorthyOpponent: He's actually impressed Ren managed to catch on to his abilities and says their fight is worthwhile.
* YouRemindMeOfX: While he doesn't say it out loud, Ren realizes that Taskmaster's abilities are very much like Velvet Scarlatina.

!!Eddie Brock
* CompositeCharacter: His appearance seems to be based on Tom Hardy's portrayal, whereas the symbiote is called "V252" as in WesternAnimation/MarvelsSpiderMan.
* FightOffTheKryptonite: Thanks to a previous encounter with Iron Man, the Symbiote can now withstand heat much better.
* PowerCopying: After being forced off of Ruby and reunited with Eddie, it uses Ruby's Semblance to escape.
* TheSymbiote: The trope namer and it manages to take control of Ruby, until the Vision removed it from her, allowing it to reunite with Eddie.

!!Maxwell Dillon
* DidntSeeThatComing: He certainly didn't expect Nora could just absorb his electricity and hammer his daylights out.
* ShockAndAwe: His electrical powers.
* UnwittingPawn: Taskmaster merely used him as fodder to see Ren and Nora's fighting abilities.

!!Emil Blonsky
* BrainsAndBrawn: He's the brawn to the Leader's brains.
* DidntSeeThatComing: Yang's MegatonPunch took him completely by surprise, knocking him out. Even the Hulk was shocked he went down that way.

* FatalFlaw: Thor mentions his Pride in his intelligence always leads to his defeat.
* PsychicPowers: His powers include Telepathy and Telekinesis.

* CrazyPrepared: He prepared a whole bunch of traps made specifically to capture Blake and Squirrel Girl to test them and see if he should capture them.
* HuntingTheMostDangerousGame: Continues with his idea of hunting the animal totems of several animal-themed heroes.
* ICannotSelfTerminate: Suicide isn't an option for him, Spider-Man has to be the one.
* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: Captures Spider-Man, Spy-D, and Spider-Girl offscreen alongside several other animal-themed superbeings before capturing Ghost Spider.
* PassingTheTorch: Like in ComicBook/Hunted, he lets himself be killed while dressed as Spider-Man to fulfill his curse while letting his last cloned son become the newest Kraven the Hunter.
* UnwantedRevival: Like in the comics, he was brought back from the dead against his will, and now he wants Spider-Man to kill him.

* CompositeCharacter: His backstory is mostly based on the MCU, but him masquerading as the Defense Secretary comes from Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
* TheGhost: Mentioned but not introduced yet.
* ThoseWackyNazis: One of the most famous Nazi supervillains and the Remnantians are understandably horrified at the atrocities the Nazis committed.

* AdaptationalVillainy: Like in Assemble, the Squadron Supreme are villains, rather than well-intentioned, if extreme, heroes.
* TheGhost: While mentioned, they haven't been seen in person yet.
* GodzillaThreshold: Wizard doesn't like the idea of them walking free, but he needed a threat big enough to make all the Avengers mobilize to successfully infiltrate Avengers' Tower.

!!Wrecker, Thunderball, Bulldozer, and Piledriver
* DumbMuscle: They are strong enough to face Thor, but they aren't very bright.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: They thought Ghost Spider was harmless because of her street-level strength, only for her to defeat them in just ten seconds.
* WeaksauceWeakness: Without their magical crowbar, the Wrecking Crew loses their strength. Ghost Spider takes advantage of it to beat them in just 10 seconds.

!!Herbert Wyndham
* EvilutionaryBiologist: Well known for his cloning experiments and turning animals into humanoid creatures.
* TheGhost: Mentioned by Kraven but hasn't appeared yet.

!!Edward Whelan

!!N'Jadaka | Erik "Killmonger" Stevens
* BetterToDieThanBeKilled: Rather than facing punishment for his crimes and dying in prison, he chose to stab himself and let himself bleed to death.
* ClashingCousins: Like in the movie, he challenged his cousin T'Challa for the throne of Wakanda, and while he won the first time, he was defeated the second time.
* PosthumousCharacter: As far as T'Challa knows, Erik is dead.
* TheRevolutionWillNotBeCivilized: Intended to use Wakanda's technology to arm oppressed groups around the world without caring for all the lives that would be lost in the struggle.

* AbnormalAmmo: Loves throwing exploding apples, itchy power and candy.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: Sure, he's a wacko with a silly gimmick, but he's far from harmless and becomes an even greater threat when he comes across a Dreamstone.
* CatchPhrase: "Trick or treat!"
* TheMentallyDisturbed: Believing every day is Halloween doesn't speak well of your mental state.
* PumpkinPerson: His flaming pumpkin helmet, which he never takes off.
* SinisterScythe: Wields a scythe that's on fire.
* TookALevelInBadass: He was just a criminal with a costume and gimmicks until he received a Dreamstone, which made his desires a reality.

* WeCanRuleTogether: Offered this to Harry, but he unsurprisingly refused.

!!Loki Laufeyson
* ArchEnemy: Of both his adoptive brother Thor and the Avengers
* ForTheEvulz: Most of his actions, if not trying to take over Asgard and the nine realms, are simply for his own amusement. .
* VillainTeamUp: Teamed up with Amora and Skurge in breaking the seal of Bor's Sons to allow Surtur and his minions to cause chaos in the Nine Realms.

!!Amora

!!Skurge
* TheDragon: Is this to Amora.

!!A.I.M.

!!George Tarleton
* Cephalothorax: His huge head that's bigger than the rest of his body is considered quite gross by the Remnantians.
* Hypocrite: He claims that he wants to prevent another Stamford Connecticut from happening, but as Yang and Kate point out, saying that every word he used could describe himself, he's willing to kill thousands simply because they have superhuman abilities, and that even A.I.M.'s projects largely unrelated to that goal tend to spiral out of control and threaten innocent people.
* PsychicPowers: Thanks to his huge brain, he can use telepathy, technopathy, and brainwashing if he wants to.
* PuppetKing:
* StarterVillain: First villain faced in the story by the Avengers.
* ThatManIsDead: Refuses to answer to the name of George Tarleton, seeing his past self as weak and a failure.

!!Dr. Monica Rappaccini
* HiddenVillain: No one on the side of the heroes really knows that she exists, M.O.D.O.K. being a PuppetKing that she uses as a distraction for her own plans.
* MorallyAmbiguousDoctorate: She might be subdued about it, but as one of the leaders of A.I.M., she's amoral and completely unscrupulous.
* VillainTeamUp: Dr. Doom contacts her to share some information concerning Ruby and she makes an alliance with .

!!The Frightful Four

!!Bentley Wittman
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He actually doesn't like the idea of setting the Squadron Supreme free, seeing them as too dangerous and extreme, but he needed a threat that all the Avengers had to take care of for his infiltration to work.
* YouCouldHaveUsedYourPowersForGood: Ruby points this out to the Wizard during their fight to distract him, saying that he could have done some real good, but gave it up over his envy about Stark and Richards stealing his thunder.

!!Peter Petruski
* EmbarrassingNickname: Trapster hates being reminded of his old moniker of Paste Pot Pete. Yang and Weiss take advantage of it to beat him and Dragon Man.
* OnceDoneNeverForgotten: He will never live down his original, and embarrassing code name.
* StickySituation: His costume-made glue gun.

* AllAnimalsAreDogs: To the annoyance of Trapster, Dragon Man sniffs around as if it was a dog, despite being an android and a dragon.
* BreathWeapon: Can breathe fire, although using it continuously will drain his fuel.
* NonMaliciousMonster: Dragon Man doesn't have much of a will of his own, which is why he's used as muscle by the Frightful Four.

!!William Baker
* ElementalShapeshifter: As always, he can turn his entire body into sand.
* LogicalWeakness: Getting wet prevents him from remaining in solid form, and Trapster's glue stops him from moving.

!!The Brotherhood of Mutants

!!Max Eisenhardt
* ArchnemesisDad: His children Pietro and Wanda have long since distanced themselves from his goals.
* DidntSeeThatComing: Not being used to facing other magnetic-users, Pyrrha almost knocked him out by pressing the metal of his armor against his chest. She would have defeated him had Mystique not arrived and knocked Pyrrha out.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He lets Victor know very clearly that they won't take Blake hostage, knowing Victor's habits and that it will only make the Avengers go after them even harder.
* MagnetismManipulation: He's the Master of Magnetism for a reason.
* RoguesGalleryTransplant: He's well known to be a foe of the X-Men, but ends up fighting Pyrrha, who is working with the Avengers. He even expresses surprise the Avengers answered the breakout rather than the X-Men.

!!Raven Darkholme
* TheDragon: She's Magneto's right-hand woman.
* ImprovisedWeapon: Uses Magneto's helmet to hit Pyrrha in the back of her head, but when that doesn't work, she simply strangles her into unconsciousness.
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: As always, she can turn into anyone she has seen and copy their voices without a problem.

!!Victor Creed
* ArchEnemy: Of Wolverine. He even thinks about taking Blake as a prize if it means attracting the attention of his nemesis.
* TheBrute: Mostly provides muscle for Magneto. For the record, Victor is actually quite smart but prefers this role.
* IHaveYouNowMyPretty: Almost takes an unconscious Blake as a prize, until Magneto orders him to leave her or he will feel just like Wolverine did when he ripped out his adamantium skeleton.

!!Savage Six

!!Adrian Toomes
* CompositeCharacter: Takes the appearance of Videogame/SpiderManPS4 while keeping his comic personality.

* Flight: The only member of the Savage Six who can fly.

!![=MacDonald=] "Mac" Gargan
* BewareMyStingerTail: Like an actual scorpion, Gargan has a mechanical tail that injects poison.
* Cyborg: Allowed himself to be modified and given a scorpion themed armor in order to hunt down Spider-Man.
* ScaryScorpions: He's the Scorpion, and he's one of the more dangerous villains of Spider-Man if a bit dimwitted.

!!Anton Miguel Rodriquez
* BadassNormal: Unlike the rest of the Six, Rodriquez doesn't have any powers or fancy tech, only skill as a martial artist and drugged weapons.
* PoisonedWeapons: His blades have drugs that can knock out opponents.

!!Alexei Sytsevich
* TheBrute: The least intelligent member of the Six and the one with the highest brute strength, being capable of fighting the Hulk to a standstill if he wanted to.
* CompositeCharacter: His appearance seems based on the Videogame/SpiderManPS4 design, being a thug augmented and given a mechanical rhino suit.
* RhinoRampage: A man in a rhino suit with one mean charge.

!!Piet Voorhees
* GenerationXerox: Became a villain much like his uncle Klaus Voorhees, the first King Cobra.

* SssssnakeTalk: Despite not being a snake, he speaks this way.

* VillainTakesAnInterest:

!!Xarus
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: He can Mesmerize anyone that stares him in the eye into serving him as long as they don't have reflective surfaces, like shades or goggles, or have a PsychicBlockDefense.
* EvilIsNotAToy: Once he finds out about the Grimm, he immediately thinks that he has a chance of using them as a weapon without it biting him in the butt if/when he can find Remnant. Ruby rightly calls him a fool for believing that he can control the Grimm.
* EyeBeams: He can shoot eye-beams, something Ruby didn't expect.
* FightOffTheKryptonite: Had a pendant manufactured to deflect the harming part of UV light, allowing him to walk in daylight and survive attacks that would have killed any other vampire.

* MadBomber: He's a vampire that uses rats as bomb carriers.
* SwarmOfRats: One of the applications of his power is to send swarms of rats.

!!The Marauders

!!Dr. Nathaniel Essex
* BeardOfEvil: Like in his most recent appearances, he has a goatee and is just as evil as always.
* BerserkButton: Deadpool's actions against him makes the mad mercenary one to him. He's locked himself in sound chambers and still can't get the sound of Deadpool's voice out of his head.
* ComboPlatterPowers: Due to his decades of tampering with mutant genetics, he has lots of powers, like telekinesis, telepathy, molecular manipulation and healing.
* EvilutionaryBiologist: Obsessed with genetics and even thinks he can use his research to rebuild mutantkind on his own.
* SendInTheClones: Whenever one of his clones or the Marauders are killed, he just makes another. Blake think he's just replacing them with copies.
* ThatManIsDead: Doesn't like when Monica Rappaccini calls him by his original name.
* VillainTeamUp: Agrees to cooperate with Monica Rappaccini in order to discover the mystery of the Remnantians.

* DumbMuscle: Not every bright and he actually stood there as Blake approached him because Arclight told him to stay put.
* NeckSnap: A preferred move of his.

!!Kodiak Noatak
* EnergyWeapon: His harpoons, which he can use to stun and even kill foes.

* GlassCannon: As said so by Blake, her powers are useful to weaken foes but she's pretty weak and easy to beat if you can bypass it.

!!Jamie Madrox
* AdaptationalVillainy: As lampshaded by Deadpool, Multiple Man is actually a member of the X-Men, but here he works for Sinister.
* MesACrowd: As always, any major physical contact creates a duplicate of himself.
