The principal of Shujin Academy. He appears to be a nice guy, but in actuality he has been taking advantage of his students whom he views as his "rightful harem". His Palace takes the form of an Indian palace, where his Shadow rules as sultan.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: Puts on the facade of a kindly principal, but is in truth a depraved sexual predator who takes advantage of his students behind closed doors.

A renowned doctor at the local hospital, she has been involved in human and organ trafficking. Her Palace takes the form of a mausoleum, where her Shadow resides as the local undertaker.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: A friendly doctor who puts up the front of being a "guardian angel" whilst secretly being involved in [[HumanTraffickers human and]] [[OrganTheft organ trafficking]].
* FemalesAreMoreInnocent: {{Averted|Trope}}. While the female Palace Rulers in the original game (namely Futaba Sakura and Sae Nijima) are nowhere near as depraved as the male targets, Sakimaru takes the place of Madarame as the crimes consist of human and organ trafficking, putting her on par with canon Kaneshiro in terms of vileness.

* BespeckledCutie: She wears glasses and has a bashful appearance in her artwork.

* TheBully: In contrast to his canon counterpart, this interation of Kamoshida is a [[JerkJock more traditional example]] of a school bully. Much like in the original game, Kamoshida dominates the school environment through fear and intimidation, sexually harasses female students and uses [[MaliciousSlander gossip]] to tarnish the reputations of whoever he dislikes. The main difference is that he's a student instead of a teacher; thus he's in the same age demographic as his victims.
