An island within the New World and one of the Twenty Kingdoms of the World Government. The country is famed for its Colosseum, flower fields, food, living toys, and passionate women. There is also the myth of "fairies" that live in the country and take people's belongings. Dressrosa was previously ruled by the Riku Family until they were overthrown by the current king, [[Characters/OnePieceDonquixoteDoflamingo Donquixote Doflamingo]].

After [[Characters/OnePieceMonkeyDLuffy Monkey D. Luffy]] defeats Doflamingo, the Riku Family reclaim the throne.

* CrapsaccharineWorld: At first glance, Dressrosa is an idyllic country where people live in harmony with sentient toys, watch colosseum fights, and occasionally come into contact with a tribe of whimsical fairies. In reality, it's a dystopian nightmare built on slavery in which people have the very memories of their loved ones taken from them.
* FantasyCounterpartCulture: Dressrosa is a mix of Spain and Italy, especially the former, as seen in several details. The typical dishes ate by Luffy and co. include paella and pasta, there is a giant arena called Corrida Colosseum, complete with bull-like fishes, and the architecture of the country resembles that of Barcelona.
* RuleOfSymbolism: Sugar turning many of the people of Dressrosa into toys reflects how Donquixote Doflamingo sees other people: objects that he can play with however he pleases.
* TorosYFlamenco: A fusion of Spain and Italy known for its passionate women and cuisine. Its streets are populated by flamenco dancers and its people watch bull fights in the colosseum.

Kyros is a formidable warrior, the best of all Dressrosa, and fights using a sword. He's very loyal to Riku and cares a lot for his daughter, whom he wishes to not take his path as a killer. Kyros is also full of doubts because of his past as a rebellious teen and can't forgive himself for having murdered people.

Being so small they fit in someone's palm yet faster than the eye can see, they can remain unseen by the people of Dressrosa and are believed to be fairies. They are lead by Gancho and their warrior Leo. Despite their freakish strength, the Dwarves are incredibly gullible and the Donquixote Pirates have used that to exploit some of them as well as captured their Princess Mansherry. Thus their comrades are working to rebel against Doflamingo.

* BadassAdorable: Cute little people capable of beating up characters several times their size with their SuperSpeed and SuperStrength.
* BigDamnHeroes: They all hold the Marines back in Chapter 798 from trying to capture the fleeing pirates.
* ElmuhFuddSyndwome: They speak like this in the English version of the manga.
* TheFairFolk: They are regarded as fairies and known for stealing people's belongings.
* GreenThumb: Green Bit's lushness is due to their nigh-supernatural ability to tend any plant they come across, and it's that very skill that has them enslaved to grow SMILE trees.
* GullibleLemmings: Their [[GangOfHats hats]]. Each of them is very gullible, and believes everything they hear, be it from an ally or a foe. Of course, this means Usopp has the time of his life with them. It's also DeconstructedTrope as their naive nature can be exploited by enemies in order to reveal secret info.

Exactly how animalistic they are varies between individuals. You can have almost talking animals or someone LittleBitBeastly. They are led by two leaders, Duke Dogstorm and Boss Cat Viper, who cannot stand each other and thus rule at different times of the day: Dogstorm rules during the day, while Cat Viper during the night.

While all Minks are natural born fighters, there are two specific groups of warriors who protect the civilians: the Musketeers, led by Shishilian, the main diurnal force, and the Guardians, led by Pedro, the main nocturnal force. Even among the Minks, members of these groups are considered to be elite warriors.

The Minks have recently warred against a fleet of the Animal Kingdom Pirates because of their allegiance to the late lord Oden Kozuki from Wano, and they protected the life of the ninja Raizo. They subsequently befriend the Straw Hats and ally with other parties to fight Kaido.

* AchillesHeel: Aside from the increased ferocity and stamina drain, the Minks need to have unobstructed view of a full moon to access their [[SuperMode Sulong forms]]. In other words, this transformation is limited to nighttime and won't even work if the moon is in a different state, and even if the moon ''is'' full, something like clouds gathering in front of it or just being unable to see it will make a Mink revert back to normal. For example, the inhabitants have no idea what Devil Fruits and Transponder Snails are, despite their being common knowledge in the Grand Line. Carrot thinks a voyage to Big Mom's domain needs only ''one'' day, and packs accordingly, while a very young Dogstorm and Cat Viper are surprised at the idea that there are more than four islands across the world.
* {{Lunacy}}: Every Mink has the ability to transform into a "Sulong" when they see a full moon, during which they become much more dangerous and powerful and are able to generate significant quantities of electro. The catch is that the form drains the Minks' stamina fast, and normally causes them to lose their mind and become feral if they don't train to control it; an unchecked Sulong attacks friend and foe alike and can die from exhaustion the very night they transformed.
* MartialPacifist: The mink wish to avoid unnecessary violence if they could help it and they'll warn their potential opponent that fighting is useless, but when they have no other choice they'll show that they are not "cuddly and harmless" as people think. Even then, their use of "Electro" are mostly limited to subduing enemies with less-than-lethal force. The Musketeers also make a point of disarming their enemies. Cat Viper, however, seems to be more violent than the rest.

They have been fighting each other for years, so long in fact they have forgotten what they've been fighting about. It was over who caught the biggest Sea King.\\\

The Straw Hat Pirates befriend them on Little Garden and save them from Mr. 3's plot who's trying to capture them for their bounties. In exchange, they repay the Straw Hat Pirates by killing the giant goldfish sea monster that would have eaten them. After two more years of fighting, the two Giants have reclaimed their position as the co-captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates after Kashii and Oimo have picked them up on Little Garden. After 102 years since their fight, the two warriors finally come home to Elbaf, from which they head to Future Island Egghead to aid the Straw Hat Pirates in the Egghead incident.

They each have a bounty of 100,000,000 berries. They jointly hold one record for the oldest known active bounties, as they've both been wanted for over 100 years.
