!The [=FLAT4=]
[[folder:In General]]
A group of four young Wizards who assist Oyajide in capturing Hana during ''Sharp''.
----
* AffablyEvil: They were genuinely nice and cared about one another despite their intentions.
* BecomingTheMask: All four of them put on a facade to try and get closer to the Ojamajos with the express purpose of kidnapping Hana. [[spoiler:Over time, however, they started growing uncomfortable tricking them like this and it in turn made doubt whether they should continue. This ultimately leads to their HeelFaceTurn.]]
* {{Bishonen}}: Even from a young age, they were notably good-looking. When they come back in ''Ojamajo Doremi 16'', Aiko even comments on how feminine they look in appearance.
* ChickMagnet: When they show up again in ''Dokkan'', all four of them are dragged away from the Ojamajos by the girls in the school they end up attending; they made it clear that they didn't want the Ojamajos interfering with them.
* CloudCuckooLander: Everyone except Akatsuki, when it comes to the wonders of the "human world."
* CurbStompBattle: There was very little the girls could do when they finally fought them, even after Akatsuki [[HonorBeforeReason allowed them to change]] into Royal Patraine. [[spoiler:They {{No Sell}}ed the girls' attacks one by one before Akatsuki personally trapped them in bubbles that they would waste their Royal Seeds on just to escape. Even after Doremi managed to escape with one attempt, it was unlikely that she would've been able to defeat all four of them by herself.]]
* DemotedToExtra: When they reappear in ''Dokkan'', they don't have as much of a role than they did when they were in ''Sharp''.
* EtTuBrute: Particularly Akatsuki, but all four share this since they deceived the girls.
* EvilCounterpart: Akatsuki, Fujio, Leon, and Tooru to Doremi, Hazuki, Aiko, and Onpu, respectively.
* FunWithAcronyms:
** Fujio the "F", Leon the "L", Akatsuki the "A", and Tooru the "T"; together they are the [=FLAT4=]. Oyajide later joined with "O" to make them the [=FLOAT5=].
** Flat is the musical opposite of Sharp, marking the [=FLAT4=] as being the PsychoRangers to the girls. When Oyajide makes them the [=FLOAT5=] during ''Dokkan'', they help keep things [[{{Pun}} afloat]] by providing support while the Ojamajos (sans Hana and Pop, the former because she is assisting them boys and latter because she's been DemotedToExtra) hurry to awaken [[spoiler:Majo Tourbillon]].
* HopelessSuitor: To everyone but Akatsuki; not one of the [=FLAT4=] has any luck in scoring dates with their respective counterparts since the girls rejected their first advances. Akatsuki is the only exception because Doremi returns his feelings. This is averted in the manga, where it is established that the Ojamajos have crushes on their respective counterparts.
* HeelFaceTurn: All of them turn good after Doremi tells them that there is another way to save the Wizard World. It is cemented when both groups work together to reach the Wizard World castle.
* {{Leitmotif}}: One of the songs in "Kumikyoku Alexander T. Oyajide" tends to play during their appearances. The song "Bokutachi Elite Mahoutsukai" also fits the bill.
* LocalHangout: Their BadGuyBar takes place in a local [[BurgerFool burger shop]] at a metropolitan mall.
* NoSell: They effortlessly block the Ojamajos' attacks during episode 46 of ''Sharp''. Then, rather than try to overcome their defenses, they seal the girls within bubbles made from their powerful magic.
* PsychoRangers: They are the villainous counterparts to the Ojamajos; cementing this is that the Ojamajos represent Sharp while the [=FLAT4=] represent the musical opposite, Flat.
* PunchClockVillain: The [=FLAT4=] rotate for missions. If any of them is having an "off" day, he'll usually spend the rest of the day doing whatever he wants and won't stay to help out any of his teammates.
* PutOnABus: After restoring peace in the Wizard World by the end of ''Sharp'', the [=FLAT4=] took a LongBusTrip. TheBusCameBack in ''Dokkan''.
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: They have their own little quirks (Akatsuki and his fondness of [[ShowWithinAShow Battle Rangers]], Fujio and his note-taking, Leon and his interest in sports and {{Engrish}}, and Tooru and his interest in becoming an Idol). And they happen to be the elite of the Wizard World and prove it [[spoiler:when they curbstomp the Ojamajos ''despite'' the latter being in [[MidSeasonUpgrade Royal Patraine]] at the time.]]
* SpearCounterpart: To the girls in ''Sharp''; the girls represent Sharp while they represent Flat, two opposites in music.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: All four of them were trying to kidnap Hana [[spoiler: so they could use her powerful magic to help save the Wizard World from doom.]]

---> ''Akatsuki:'' "Magic can also be used like this."
* BecomingTheMask: His affection towards Doremi was a ploy to get close enough to kidnap Hana at first. Eventually evolved into true affection and ultimately caused his HeelFaceTurn.
* CrazyJealousGuy: For Doremi as we can see in Dokkan, he also goes further in Ojamajo Doremi 17.
* DragonWithAnAgenda: While he does follow Oyajide's orders, he tends to do things so that Oyajide pays for his screw ups.
* EtTuBrute: During ''Sharp'' episode 46. He finally reveals his true colors to Doremi and confesses that he had been using her all this time just to get close to Hana. Doremi understandably [[HeroicBSOD does not]] [[WasItAllALie take it well]].

* StalkerWithACrush: Started off as a StalkerWithoutACrush, but after Aiko inspires him to work harder, he turns into this.
* TheWorfEffect:
** His [[ADayInTheLimelight first focus episode]] introduced him as being highly adept at sports. He spent the majority of the episode trying to defeat Aiko in various sports after she beat him.
** During ''Dokkan'', he actually ends up [[EpicFail lunging into a lamp post and collapsing onto the ground.]] Granted, he was trying to get a cursed vine, but [[IdiotBall that was a pretty bone-headed move on his part]].
** He actually manages to do this to Aiko during ''Sharp'' episode 46 by effortlessly [[TheWorfBarrage blocking Aiko's own Royal Patraine attack]].

* FunWithAcronyms:
