* LackOfEmpathy: As his quote above shows, Vasilev just can't be bothered to concern himself with anyone who might get caught up in his dangerous drag races, as things like collateral damage matter less to him than his own enjoyment.

Nominally attached to the Bulgarian consulate in Colombia, Mitko likes to spend his free time in Fortune Valley, where he establishes his racing league. Calm and prudent at first, his temper escalates as he pursues the thrill of joy behind the wheel.

Hazard Company comprises of rural industrialists who spends their extra money on building extreme offroad creations and take them outside Silver Rock in search for a challenge.

* ShoutOut: One of the hillbilly members, Cletus, is possibly a nod to the hillbilly character of the same name in ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons''. There's also a member named Leanne, which is only one letter away from said character's wife, L'''u'''anne.

* WhatAPieceOfJunk: Majority of the Hazard Company (except for Cletus and Leanne) consists of old, crappy offroad cars that can compete.
