The thing is, he was sworn to Iusticia, who saved his soul and let him eventually return. He joined forces with the Terrans out of mutual hatred of meta-humans - and The Saint.

A once respected high ranking official from a well to do family, Nathanial's whole reputation came crashing down when he assaulted a metahuman under in public with a warrant out for his arrest. He then proceeded to commit many crimes. He is the one responsible for the tower destruction that caused Sally's inujuries. He was ultimately defeated by Armada and thrown into prison. Now out of prison due to the Terrans, he is now out to get revenge.
