* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: He's not based off any characters from [=SpongeBob=]. The only reason he's even here is because his show of origin was commonly criticised as a rip-off of [=SpongeBob=].

A spooky Squidward head similar to Red Mist Squidward who appears in ''[=SpongeBob in RandomLand=]'', he is fought in "Sanguilacrimae".

* AdaptationalVillainy: In their original creepypasta, Spongebob and Patrick were victims, with the antagonist instead being an unnamed torturer. In this mod, however, they actively chase Boyfriend through the hall and are stated to remove people's faces for fun.

A creepy bloodshot-eyed and mouthless version of [=SpongeBob=] from a bootleg version of Dumped. He is fought in "Dumped".
