* BewareTheNiceOnes: She's a real sweetheart willing to help out those she meets and even feeling bad when she unwittingly hurts someone's feelings. However, getting on her bad side is one of the worst mistakes you can make as [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Lucks]], [[MadScientist Sheridan]] and [[PsychopathicWomanchild Evelyn]] learn the hard way.

* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's portrayed as an unpleasant man right from the start being very antagonistic towards [[MD-5=]], but when [[spoiler:Sheridan]] strikes, he warms up to the gang and it's even shown that he cares about his co-workers.

* TheSociopath: A low-functioning one as while her nastiness is made obvious, she has a massive superiority complex, and she even supports [[spoiler:Sheridan, despite him being a psychotic maniac who wants to warp everyone into his server to abuse them]] all over her hatred towards Tari.

She's also attempting to unravel the mystery of Project Blue and Lucinia in her spare time, even taking hacking classes, as she attempts to unlock Sofia's phone containing the incriminating evidence against TAS Corp, and later using her knowledge to sneak back into Sheridan's lab and obtain a file possibly containing info about Lucinia's involvement with the help of Theo.]]

* ChekhovsHobby: Her very first on-screen moment is her speedrunning ''Ultra Jump Mania'' by exploiting several glitches to pass through walls. [[spoiler:This becomes very important in season 2, where she tries to rescue Theo and can use the same glitches to help him escape.]]

* EvenEvilHasStandards: Evil is a stretch. Really, Belle is just a professional gamer and competitor at heart who just happens to work for a shady {{MegaCorp}}. As opposed to Lucks, she's horrified and loudly objects when his experiments on Tari's robotic arm while her consciousness is in ''Ultra Jump Mania'' are inflicted debilitating, excruciating pain on her. However, if sufficiently pissed off, Belle ends up losing such compunctions and ends up doing the same to Tari to get answers on what her relation is to [[spoiler: Lucinia.]] Half-justified, due to her attacking Tari in a video game, but at the same time knows that Tari can still feel the pain.

* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: After acting as the secondary antagonist in Season 1, Belle defects to help MD-5 halfway through Season 2 once she learns Lucks had been lying to her about what happened to Lucinia.]]
