Falling in love and marrying fellow member of the Order, Proxima Midnight, Corvus continued in Thanos' service as he started his quest for the Infinity Stones. Journeying to a reality that mirrored his past to obtain the Mind Stone, Corvus aborted the mission in hopes that his team would survive. Returning to his home reality, Glaive was horrified to discover that the Thanos of the other reality followed his team. Born simply as Corvus on the planet Namkcih, he was chosen by his people to be the final bearer of the Glaive of Gnuehc. Surviving the extinction of his race alongside his brother, Cull Obsidian, he joined Thanos and his Black Order in a quest to balance the universe. Falling in love and marrying fellow member of the Order, Proxima Midnight, Corvus continued in Thanos' service as he started his quest for the Infinity Stones. Surviving [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar the Infinity War]] thanks to his immortality, Glaive journeyed to his master's retreat in hopes that Thanos would bring his wife back to life with the power of the Infinity Gauntlet. Upon Thanos' refusal, Corvus sought out the Avengers and offered his help in fixing the universe in return for getting Proxima back. Journeying to a reality that mirrored his past to obtain the Mind Stone, Corvus aborted the mission in hopes that his team would survive. Returning to his home reality, Glaive was horrified to discover that the Thanos of the other reality followed his team. Joining the Avengers in the final battle, he created the plan that finally put an end to the Mad Titan. Joining up with the Guardians of the Galaxy in the aftermath of the battle to safeguard the Soul Stone, Corvus took over leadership of the team upon Peter Quill's retirement.
