* TomboyWithAGirlyStreak: After being given the opportunity to explore a bit her personality, Ranko still enjoys martial arts and keeps her blunt, rather crude demeanor. But she also daydreams about enjoying a domestic life with Ryoga.

One of the three strongest elders in Joktsuzoku, she helps Cologne with the training of the younger members of the village and with other things in order to prepare in case the Musk Dynasty decides to attack them. She also lends a hand keeping an eye on Genma to prevent him from escaping the Village.

He takes a break from his training and returns to Seven Luck Mountain to meet Monlon and finally propose to her, not knowing that Ryoga and Ranko are on their way to save Lychee, who Monlon kidnapped in order to lure Ranko to the mountain and arrest her. Jurojin plays the role of OneExtraMember to the Seven Lucky Gods and is portrayed as being the second strongest member only after Prince Kirin.

* AccidentalTheft: She picked up a very valuable royal heirloom just by chance, but forgot about it because she was attacked by two very aggressive trackers from the Musk Dynasty right after she put it in her pocket.

* OhCrap: His reaction when he finds out Pink and Link released Ranko and Ryoga to get even with Shampoo, as this is something that could put the Herbalist village, and himself in particular, in direct conflict with the Amazons. He has no other choice but to punish Pink and Link in order to compensate the Amazons for their actions.

* IAmYourOpponent: When Jurojin intercepts Ryoga and Ranko during their climb of Seven Luck mountain, he lets Ranko go, but stops Ryoga from going further, claiming he has his own reasons to stop him. It is revealed after their fight that Jurojin did this because he knows Ryoga is too strong for Monlon and wanted to protect her from him.

Unlike the manga, this version of Ranko is not a disguise adopted by Ranma to hide from his mother. After the accident where Ranma lost his memories and decided to adopt a female persona given that he was in his girl form when he regained consciousness, Ranko has slowly started to become an independent alter, with her own opinions and desires, something the male Ranma is definitively against.

He is the current leader of Yakusai, the herbalist village. He's friends with Cologne, though he appears to fear her wrath quite a bit. Tried to capture Ryoga and Ranko early in the story and almost succeeds, but his plans were ruined by Pink and Link.
