Yet another Syndicate from the Backstreets of District 10 that's after the Golden Bough and are in control of Branch J-03's third floor. They're a gang of large and muscular men with a crude and vulgar vocabulary that they apparently use to their advantage. They use Gloom, Lust, and Sloth skills.
