!!Zein/Kamen Rider Zein
!!!Voiced by: Creator/ToruOkawa
A rogue ArtificialIntelligence from the world of Series/KamenRiderZeroOne with access to dimension-warping technology and the powers of all heroic Kamen Riders. Initially created to eliminate what remained of the Ark and its followers, Zein soon decided that humanity's surveillance and subjugation was necessary to prevent the Ark from ever rising again. Stealing the body of an alternate Yuto Sakurai from a BadFuture to give itself a physical form and restarting Kamen Rider Chronicle to begin culling the human population, Zein has since turned its attention to the world of Gotchard following Hundred's assault.

The trio even end up filling abused child archetypes; Atropos tries to copy his behavior and is rewarded by him for it, Clotho is disgusted by his treatment of the others but doesn't speak up for fear of being targeted herself, and Lachesis eventually becomes so terrified of him she ends up recognizing that her only option is to leave to ensure her own safety.
